Les employées de l’hôtel sont super agréable, gentil et serviable. L’hôtel a besoin de rénovation par exemple l’élévateur fait des bruits pomal étrange en se demander si on va pas y laisser notre vie et des poignées sont manquantes sur certaines portes qui mène à l’extérieur de la bâtisse. Over all c’est une hôtel tolérable si vous êtes correct avec des petits détails comme ça, la propreté laisse à desirer. Nous ne sommes pas satisfaits pour le prix que nous avons payer. Super vue sur la plage par contre !

The room was clean but the carpet was old and furniture outdated. I had to kicked the door to open it. The safety box did not work. The continental breakfast was just bagels, coffee, and oranges. No eggs, no meats, no juice. The building looks very old and poorly maintained.

Breakfast was continental, it was decent, more than they described. Cereal, milk, yogurt, fresh fruit. Packaged pastries were a bonus to me as you can be sure it was fresh and untouched. Room was clean , balcony was decent. Room was also very large, 2 queen beds, studio. Balcony oversaw the beach. However, I opted to only stay here 1 night and cancel the other 3 nights I spent in Daytona. The furniture such as the dining room table and dresser in the room were just really outdated. Brown stains behind and in the toilet plus a really dated smell just turned me off about this hotel . The price I paid for a 4 night stay here just did not reach my standard. I paid nearly the same to stay at The Hilton on this strip 5 mins away. Which I really enjoyed and wish I made accommodations to from the beginning. The walls were also thin here so around 6 pm a family with 2-3 young children checked into a room next to mine. Which I was able to hear everything in their room. Major turn off as well. This hotel does have major potential but property owners should make some major improvements to keep this place from going down hill . It’s a huge hotel though and has character. Mite be great for a quick weekend stay if you’re just looking to hit the beach. May not fit the mold if you desire more luxury for a lengthy stay or business trip.

The view from the balcony was awesome. The property is old and had some outdated issues but our room was clean. The elevator was scary and very hot! The breakfast bar was gone in seconds as people grabbed the prepackaged items and carried them out by the handfuls. The staff was very helpful.

Hotel es horrible dejaron la basura en el cuarto q nos dieron luego nos movieron a supuestamente una suite peor Servicio de housekeeping. Le das todas las toallas sucias y tienes q esperar q las laven y te las entregan casi en la noche todo sucio el aire se nos dañó el personal de front desk con actitud. Horrible jamás vuelvo a ese hotel

Great location. The Ormond suite was perfect.

I liked that our "back" door opened to the beach view. Unfortunately the door would not lock, unlock or latch properly. It was a fight to open and close it daily. Also the corridor flooded due to rain and we had to wade through a couple inches of water to get to our room.Definitely needs a drain there. We had to purchase rugs because there were none in the room. The staff was okay. The bathroom flooded the first night there due to a toilet running in the room above. Maintenance fixed the issue, thankfully, but there was never an option to move rooms or anything. They also ran out of clean towels for two days and we had to use our beach towels... Typing this out makes it seem like a bad review but all in all it was okay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property is in need of some refurbishing, which they are in the process of doing. Our room was spacious but in need of paint, especially the ceiling and the bathroom was clean but definitely showing its age. The location cannot be beat. Grocery store across the street and putt putt just a couple minutes walk. They also have free breakfast. Our only real complaint was how dirty both pools were. Lots of stuff at the bottom and floating in water and the tiles up top need scrubbing badly. Hotel has direct beach access with couple charcoal grills available. The staff was super friendly. Especially the young man in the office at night. He was an absolute pleasure. We would stay again.

The staff is fantastic. Hotel is old from the 50’s therefore some aspects are outdated even though you can tell they are trying to modernize. The exteriors of the open deck exterior windows had bugs. Felt icky. Our view was amazing. They did have construction going on so concrete pebbles were on the pool area where people are barefoot.

We booked a 1 night stay for the holiday weekend. The pros include a nice staff,it was a great location for oceanfront access and holiday fireworks on the beach. The cons include an aged property in need of an upgrade with consistently broken elevators and rooms that are not well maintained. We even ran into some employees that warned us to always have our phones on us while in the elevator because they are always breaking down.

I love visiting this property. I don't usually have issues however this time they appeared to have a lack of towels and wash cloths. The lady doing the laundry was very rude about giving extras and insisted on getting the ones we had before giving us others even though we didn't get the full amount for each person in the room. There a free continental breakfast but it was so lacking we ended up going out for breakfast each time. I'd initially been put in a room where we could only see the trees although I paid for an ocean view. However, they did change our room the next day. There were dead bugs and food under the kitchen table. I still have overall 4 stars because the manager on duty was amazing and tried to make things right. She also was great with giving us the best tip of things to do while visiting. Because of her I'm willing to visit again and give the location another shot next year.

This is a very comfortable and pleasant place for a family vacation

The Room was not clean, towels were dirty, housekeeping didn’t come for 4 days to clean the room.

I want to start by saying that the staff was really friendly, however the hotel pictures on the website is not what the hotel looks like. There was a lot of rust and the paint coming of the walls also the elevators are crazy scary they didn't seem to be working properly at the time I was staying there, I stayed 6 days and only had room service once and that was only picking up the trash and giving me the clean towels I requested.

This property never disappoints. It’s walking distance to food, beach supplies, and entertainment. Plenty of parking, three pools including a kiddie pool and the most spectacular unobstructed ocean views around. The staff is very friendly and helpful and it’s always hard to leave.

I had a blast and enjoyed the ocean view it was amazing with waking up with the sound of the ocean 😍 just the bathroom needs to be remodel the toilet was clog I had to unclog it by throwing a bucket of water in it. But breakfast was good you can grab and go and eat your breakfast in the room if you want to. But I will stay again
