The first room had a terrible smell and needed a refrigerator, the second room the refrigerator wasn't working and now the 3rd room is a penthouse. Alot of room and sleeps 16, your best deal is when it's off season for Prime season you'll be paying double. We've been coming here for years and everything seems to be alittle more rundown each time. Even Breakfast have decreased alot also.

Room 2. Kitchen sink had been leaking for awhile... water on kitchen floor was brown. Maintenance came and fixed it. We later discovered every time we'd flush the toilet water leaked onto the tile floor. Shower. Turned it on to majorly discolored water. Floors were behind dirty. My grand kids along with adults feet proved that. Run down extremely compared to previous stay several years ago Extremely disappointed and will be looking into another property for our family vacations

Well the place is pretty run down. The breakfast wasn't much to brag about. The pools were full of sand. The place could really use some upgrades. The room wasn't to bad but the toilet was made for midgets? Wasn't hardly a foot off the floor? The bed was okay and the shower was okay! The beach view was great and that was the best part of the stay!

The room was in the first floor it felt humid, it was raining in the afternoon and the floor was wet from the water outside.

This was supposed to be a relaxing family trip, but instead we had to constantly worry about the cleanliness and pest situation. I have photos documenting what we experienced. . I would not recommend this property until the pest and cleanliness issues are properly addressed.

Hote looks good in the picture but worse in person. Ruined my trip. If they give free to stay still will not stay.

Location, that’s about it. The sheets, shower, tables were dirty. The carpet was damp and sandy, old cigarette butts in the balcony. An already open soap bar.

It was in desperate need of renovating. Parking was fifteen dollars per car. Breakfast was nothing but containers of cereal with milk. And the floors and carpet looked dirty.

By far one of our worst stays. The hotel definitely shows its age. The 2 rooms we booked were awful. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Only with a solid push and then to open it you had to yank on the door to get it to open. The balcony door was also hard to open. we were afraid to close it after we opened it and went onto the balcony for fear of getting trapped outside on the balcony. Paint chipping off the walls in the bathroom and the chips on the bathtub made it look like I was staying at a motel rather than a hotel. In fact I’ve stayed a motels that were better than this place. Staff was non existent except for when we checked inn and out. We left some stuff in the room and called them to let them know we were going to get them the next day and they never called us back after repeated calls. Awful stay. Would definitely not recommend

This hotel was convenient for the Coke 400 at the Daytona speedway. The room seemed clean and the bed was comfy however the oven was not in the best condition, mainly the knobs that were melted and difficult to read and the inside was rusty and dirty. The bathroom faucet and toilet flush had hard white residue on them and there was water damage on the wall behind the toilet. Breakfast was nice. Room had direct beach view which was nice.
