Hotel needs an update, the pool was cloudy not clear. We’ve been there before but it’s gotten very bad.

The hotel overall was okay, and I can see the company is trying to maintain the property well. Unfortunately, some guests seem to damage the rooms, which affects the overall condition. My first room had a broken balcony door, a bent nightstand, and a fridge that didn’t work. After I reported everything, the staff immediately moved me to an upgraded room with the same beautiful view and fully functioning amenities, which was excellent customer service.The staff was amazing, very helpful and kind, truly doing their best. However, the cleaning service was disappointing. Even after removing the privacy sign on day 3, my room wasn’t cleaned during my 7‑day stay. I had to change my own garbage bags, and the receptionist told me I needed to request cleaning at the front desk, which I didn’t love and even I notify this situation not action was taken.The room itself looked great, the bathroom was well maintained, and the view was spectacular. The pool was also in good condition. The restaurant didn’t offer cocktails, so we bought our own outside, I hope they add options like piña coladas in the future. The gym equipment was okay, but the ventilation and odor made it uncomfortable to use.Parking fees felt unusual, though I’m not sure if that’s standard in the area. For rooms with kitchenettes, a range hood would help with ventilation while cooking. Security needs improvement the back doors were unlocked,allowing anyone to enter, which is concerning.

It was a great place next to the beach could not ask for a better experience . Great staff as well .

This hotel is clearly going through some changes. We enjoyed our stay the room was clean and view amazing. Easy beach access. The pool could have been a little cleaner and we wish the restaurant was open for dinner during the week.

Make your own decision. I will say the most memorable part of my stay was the restaurant staff. I watched Ms. Nicola and Mr. Tony work to make the guest satisfied. I will definitely visit the restaurant again.

Had a great stay, perfect location, great view and close beach access. Room very comfortable, comfy beds and spacious. Very quiet end of Daytona...enjoyed, will be back soon.

Stayed there two weeks ago for two weeks was excellent. The front desk was very nice. His name was pshawn not sure how to spell it, but he was excellent very nice was very accommodating. They had a gentleman who all the time I was there did nothing but mop the floors cleaned the front floors. He was so nice and kind and always always had a smile in his face our room was excellent I have no complaints and I would definitely return next year same time same place
