Ocean Court Beachfront Hotel

The room was just beautiful. Clean and comfortable surprising for a dated little beach front motel. I assume the pool was damaged at some point and is blocked off. The parking is just okay. Very quick walk to the beach. Car access is literally the back of the parking lot. $32 to get through unless handicapped. I would stay here again if I get to Daytona again. Cute little place

There was nothing to like, because we never got checked into a room. I booked a room at this property through booking.com. I booked the king suite at 11:09 am and my boyfriend and I showed up to see if we were able to check in early at approximately 1pm. The employee at the property confirmed that we had a room, but it just wasn't ready yet. We were given a parking pass to park at the property and spent the next few hours at the beach until it was time for check in. A bad storm rolled in, so my boyfriend and I ran into the front office at 4pm to ensure that our room was ready. We were then informed that there was no room under my name. After an extra hour or so going back and fourth with the hotel employees, we finally told the booking agent to cancel our reservation. My boyfriend and I then headed to a different property, and in a panic to secure a place for the night, ended up paying almost 2x what we were expected to pay at the Ocean Court Beachfront Motel. As we are checking into our room at the new hotel, I receive an email from booking that stated that our room at the Ocean Court Beachfront Motel was ready. After another 30 minutes on the phone with the booking agent, desperately trying to explain to them that we no longer wanted to stay at that hotel because of all of the back and fourth, we were able to get our stay at the Ocean Court Motel cancelled. ( Please note that the first booking.com agent that we spoke with on the phone was politely asked to cancel our reservation, but didn't.) Also, I would like to mention that the employees at the Ocean Court Motel were very rude, hid in the back laughing and giggling while my boyfriend and I were freaking out because we potentially didn't have a place to lay our head down that night.

Pool is under reconstruction due to hurricane damage, Access to beach was easy. The resident cat was the best. It is a quaint place

Check-in was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. Our room was tidied daily. Access to the beach was great. I really liked the retro vibe. There were chairs outside the doors to enjoy coffee and the sunrise, outdoor games, lounge chairs for sunbathing. The kitchenette was stocked with dishes and utensils. The only minor things we personally didn't like were the bed pillows, they were very firm, and the a/c unit was rather loud at times, the front cover was a bit loose. We didn't mind that the pool was out of service. We would stay again.

It’s so close to the beach which we loved. Most of the staff were friendly. Only one bad apple. There is a lot of damage from the hurricane so the surrounding properties are unpleasant to look at. Rooms are equipped refrigerator and stove. Stairs leading up to our room were kind of steep but thankfully no issues getting up and down. We would go again just because of the location.

Would have been nice if we were told when booking it did not have a pool and to get to the other pool you would have to drive.

Incredible stay! Brought my son here for his 5th birthday, and he called it the "best birthday ever." The location is perfect—so close to the beach with a great view. The rooms were clean, the AC was ice cold, and the staff was excellent. Absolutely no complaints. Worth every penny and highly recommended for families!

The room was small but clean. We have to use the other hotel amenities (pool) because theirs is in construction or something else, 2 miles down the road. No check out later for a fee is available. Good place if you want just a place to sleep.

I love the location.The staff was wonderful.We had a nice time.I wish I could have stayed longer I wish prices were a little cheaper, but it was a great stay.I had no complaints

We were looking for an affordable room for a quick one night stay and this did not disappoint! Although we weren’t needing the pool, it is good to note that their pool has not been fixed and the area surrounding looks like a construction zone although you can still easily get to the beach! The room was small but comfortable enough, everything we needed. The door did not close well, needed to be adjusted so it was slam or nothing, no early morning sneak outs! Was perfect for what we needed and great location.

Staff was amazing and friendly , Jody made sure we had everything we needed while staying at the hotel, great customer service, ùvery clean, and spacious for my family of 6, like that we were able to get in the pool at another hotel by showing them our hotel key, i highly recommend this hotel, and you will not be disappointed!!!!! No complaints

No fault of the property, but the pool and area around it needs.It was closed. Other than maybe getting a better coffee maker(keurig), than room was very clean.

False advertisement, not how the photos looked. And not family friendly with a gentleman club across the street

Nice hotel... It was convenient. The pool is not working (due to hurricanes) so we had to go to their sister hotel to use the pool which was 7 minutes away. The parking suck. The staff was nice but don't ask to use their restroom in the office because you just out of luck. The room was clean. Nice size. Bathroom kind of small. Air conditioner worked. Utensils available in the room. Nice beach view and accessible from the hotel.

No pool , I didn’t have a car to go to sister hotel. No beach umbrella or chairs. But I did relax and enjoyed myself.
