Great place

Everything was good! It was a bit run down, and the gym completely outdated, but the pools are great and the staff was friendly. I would stay again.

The slide does not exist don't look at the pictures and believe it.multiple guest was expecting a slide that wasn't there. the hot tub was broken didn't see any kids playground area which was in pictures. There was an indoor pool and an outdoor pool but the water temperature was always warmer than I'd prefer for a pool. Multiple guest were asking around about a grill area which wasn't there either. And on top of payment through the app there's a $42 resort fee due when you arrive. Staff was great to deal with honestly no complaints even when the light bulb didn't work it was fixed immediately truly great staff but definitely should use updated photos so people don't see what should be there and isn't anymore the room could definitely use some TLC. For the price I'll definitely be shopping around next time.

There's a lady at the front desk that is amazing. She is so sweet, kind, and funny. She is the best.

Property has a lot of potential with its location and the layout of the property with both an indoor and outdoor pool. Patio areas in the back are nice, but It is so run down and poorly maintained. Closet door was broken. Bathroom vent was hanging from the ceiling. Vanity sink had a leak. Top sheets had obvious stains. Trash was overflowing in the hall by the elevator…. Would be a nice property if someone put some money into it. Front desk staff was real nice and welcoming.

Most of the listed amenities were not available. No water slide, hot tub, café, wifi, and the fitness room had no A/C and the gym equipment was from the 1970s according to a Google image search.

That place hasn't been updated since it was built!! Felt very unsafe for many reasons. First off, the window locks are broken so I had to wedge the windows for safety. There were pizza flyers stuck in the door and a note taped to the dresser warning about pizza flyers in the door! My keys didn't work and maintenance never came so I left to take my kids to dinner and an event and when we returned at 10:30pm, the keys still didn't work. The front desk called maintenance and then moved our room. One of the keys worked on the new room but it didn't matter at that point, my kids needed to sleep. The room smelled horribly of mold. The floor was filthy like it has never been cleaned. And I had to kill a roach in one of the kitchen cupboards. I live in Florida so I know they get in sometimes so I wasn't bothered by one single bug. I know for a fact that I will not take my family back there again anytime soon. Friendly staff but at those prices, I can do much better!!

I absolutely love this place. The memories made can be incredible. Cute little quaint place that delivers. Amenities need updating and work. Slide is no longer here. But still, I will definitely return time and time again just for the charm and privacy.

I wish the hot tub would have worked

The location and outdoor pool is great. If you call they will tell you the slide should be back before your trip dates but they have been telling me this for 3 years and still no slide. Long time customer over 15 years and they have really let this place go. Not disgusting but definitely not clean anymore. Stayed for 9 days and never got clean sheets or a room refresh the entire time. They would take trash and give clean towels nothing else. Most lights didn’t work and out of 3 different laundry rooms with multiple washing machines and dryers in all 3, not one works. Everything is just run down and not maintained. Sadly this will be our family’s last time making reservations here.

Good quiet location. Room size was great. Rooms in main tower a little dated but comfy and had full kitchen with needed supplies. We were overlooking the inside pool which was also nice. My only complaint would be the TV would not connect to internet as they were having an internet issue and there was no cable so we weren’t able to watch anything or really use tv.

It was ok no Internet didn't get clean towels the staff was real cool and helpful though

Traveled with 7 guests. The one bedroom with 3 beds was large enough to accommodate. Hotel is in a great location on the beach. The cons, service was slow. It took 24 hours and 3 trips to the office to get replacement towels and bedding. The indoor pool was closed due to maintenance the majority of our stay. The advertised water slide was destroyed in a storm over 4 years ago and is no longer there. The game room advertised was a TV with DVD player.

It wasn’t what i paid for. My room wasn’t have a pool view and they switch a room next day and it wasn’t ready for me. Beds messed up, trash on bathroom and dirty towels on tub .

Just the rooms need to be remodeled and updated

But again, I am disappointed that the listing was not updated to reflect what the hotel actually offers, which is not as much as I was led to believe. If you don't have a waterslide, then why are you posting pictures of when there used to be one? Ditto for the game room.

This was our favorite place to go since 2000. Covid & Hurricane damage kept us from going there. We went 3 years ago & were disappointed in the stay. There were to many partiers & pot smoking & drinking, and no longer family hotel that we loved. We gave it another chance this past weekend with our 13 yr old grandson, ( online reviews were good), The hotel has not been kept up & no more water slide, hot tub or the Sun Viking Kafe, or even family & kid games. Our room was not what we booked & paid for - was suppose to be ocean front- it was balcony looking at indoor pool! Room was definitely needing to be updated - bathtub was needing to be replaced, lamp shades at bed had rusted stains , kitchen vent hood rusted, fridge had rust on top & inside door, really bad drywall repairs in outer bathroom sink & electrical outlet didn’t work- but show had great water pressure. People vaping & smoking on pool deck. Just really sad that it has declined so much.

Check in was super late and bathroom was kinda nasty. Gym was amazing though
