Delta Hotels by Marriott Daytona Beach

I have to be honest, the parking is terrible. It’s tight and very cramped. If you come in later in the evening you will have park in a very dark area at the very back of the hotel or inconveniently across the street. I stayed the week of 9/24 so I can’t imagine parking during peak season. Request a room without carpet. There were stains on the carpet in my first room.

The room itself was clean. The refrigerator was extremely tiny. The room was stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner,and body wash. I paid extra for an oceanfront room with a view and it was absolutely horrible. There was nothing but palm trees blocking the view. I could of saved money by booking the partial oceanview room. There was a worker sitting on the roof right outside our room scraping up bird droppings. It made for a very unpleasant experience when we tried to eat lunch on the patio. There is complimentary parking advertised on the TV in the room but the front desk refused to honor it. Also, the wifi is very spotty and does not load things like Netflix and even simple shows on the TV. There is also hidden charges not advertised on the booking page. I expected better from a Marriot property.

I was well pleased with how clean the room was. Bed was comfortable too. And every young lady that worked that weekend was very pleasant and helpful

The location was fantastic. It was close to many things, but far enough away to be peaceful. The on-site restaurant was great and the ocean-front was beautiful! The staff was friendly and accommodating. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Stayed in an ocean view room with a balcony. While sitting out the balcony and enjoying the view our experience was marred by another guest smoking weed on their balcony which must have been close by. The smoke wafted on to our balcony intermittently for over an hour causing us to retreat inside.

Everything was great, the room was clean.

Great Oceanview. Balcony chairs can be a little higher think stools not chais , so you can look over the balcony railing otherwise it at eye level. Move your head around or stand it’s a great view nonetheless.

Our room was nice and clean but the toilet seat was peeling and needed to be replaced. Other than that I would definitely stay here again when I go back to Daytona.
