The Bad: Not a lot of restaurants, stores, etc. near by The Ugly: The Elevators, $18/day parking fee The hotel charges a pretty hefty $18/day parking fee that was not disclosed (as far as I know) by Expedia. If I had known this we may have ditched the rental car. Initially, due to our late arrival, we were given "the last room available" on the second floor near the elevator and the ice maker. This seemed like bad luck but it actually wasn't. The one big problem with this hotel is that there are only two VERY slow elevators and one is prone to break down. So I would recommend a room close to the beach side of the second or third floor where you have access to the stairs. There is no real view if you aren't staying in one of their suites. The Pool area is OK. There are plenty of chairs but lacking in umbrellas so get to the pool early and stake you a space with umbrellas. The beach was nice and clean with chair for rent. Our only experience with the bars was using the 2 free drink coupons and the drinks didn't have much oomph. But you can bring your own drinks into the pool area so we did that. The one breakfast we had was OK but a little expensive ($18) for a small breakfast burrito with potatoes and orange juice. As for food outside the Hotel I don't recall too many options within walking distance. I don't think we would go back to this hotel due to the location and questionable elevators.

This was my second stay at this property. Love it more after this stay. The bars and restaurant are great amenities on the property. The pool are is great. Great location as well. We will definitely be back.

Hotel and room were clean. Amenities were great. Only complaints were there is only two small elevators and you spend a very long time waiting for them. Also the parking lot isn’t big enough. We came back one night and there was no spots in the main lot. Had to park in the overflow and cross a main road and walk a bit. Luckily I was with my husband but I would not want to do that alone at night.

I really enjoyed the morning coffee and outside sitting area and beautiful pool. The outdoor bar made excellent cocktails! Would stay here again.

Very nice and great location for the Fourth of July.

However, I now have to call and dispute my bill because my final charge is wrong. They offered me an upgrade to an ocean front facing room for an extra $40 a night but charged me $80 a night, plus taxes and fees. The room was on the 2nd floor, which they told me, but unfortunately didn't have a good view. It wasn't worth the upgrade, unfortunately. Also the room had a cracked sink with significant damage. Room 221. Otherwise I would stay here again if I got a decent price on the room.
