Emerald Shores Resort

Staff was lovely. The overall condition of the whole hotel was not good and the free continental breakfast was the bare minimum.

Hotel was ok, only problem was we saw a small roach by the bed

Awesome hotel nice , reasonably priced, with clean and spacious room, poop area is clean, it alsohas a jacuzzi and 2 steps to the beach distance , Parking was easy and had they ample spaces, and the area is close to stores , restaurants and boardwalk.Excellent front desk customer service, Mr. Mark at front desk was exceptional in helping us with what we needed. I'm looking forward to returning with some family members for another great weekend.

On the way to the room the hallways were hot and smelled like mildew. We walk in our room and I instantly see 3 roaches. Then I see more crawling on the counter. I instantly went to front desk and she was not surprised and asked if I wanted different room. I said no and wanted a refund. Ended up only refunding me $25. Unbelievable

The gentleman at the front desk waa super friendly and helpful. We always love staying at this hotel because of the views from the oceanfront balcony and the reasonable prices. Would highly recommend!

I like staying here. the staff is all ways nice. Rooms and beds are good. Needed some work in the bathroom and the pool area needs a little updating and fixing up. Still not that bad.

The hotel was clean the pool and hot tub were nice and beach access was great. The only problem we had was they put us in a room between two elevators the first night and it was awful! Thankfully the next morning they were able to move us to a different room and we had a much better night.

Property is pretty run down and website stated that they had a bar but they did not. Location was nice and quiet.

The pool was in horrible shape the light was actually out of the pool and just sitting on edge with the power still connected. The tiki bar is shut down so that was a let down It's basically a 1 star motel.

I'm not like because the room has cockroaches, and let know to the person in the front desk and he say "OK"

Room key wouldn’t work rusty refrigerator microwave and coffee pot tub was messed up pool was cold tekiki bar wasn’t even operating other than smoking spot for people. Everything the add said for it wasn’t even correct. This was the worst stay I have ever experienced

The staff, the elevators and the beach view were excellent. The room, bathroom and pool area need some improvement.

The room was gross, staff were inattentive, my first clue should’ve been nobody was there when I got there. Toilet broken, poop on the shower curtain, shower handle broken, pool dirty The reviews do not reflect the real life experience. 0/10

While the beach views were the best part of our beachfront room, the furnishings felt dated. Additionally, the advertised outdoor bar was missing, and we only ever saw staff members in the lobby.

The staff was excellent and our stay was ok. One of the main reasons we booked here was because of the free breakfast. We didn't want to leave the hotel before hitting the beach but the "breakfast" was cereal, muffins, juice, coffee, and I think fruit cups. We travel often and usually breakfast is actually a breakfast (bacon, eggs, toast, bagels, ect.). I also recommend bringing a mattress topper because the beds are as hard as a rock! We woke up hurting and didn't sleep well. If they improved these two things they would get 5 stars!
