I loved beach view

staff was great

My family and i enjoy staying here often. The location is convenient and the area is also on the nicer side of the beach so less packed so very convenient for those with littles. The staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms are spacious and clean. They have no problem accommodating if a problem were to arise. The pool is great and there’s beach access. Breakfast and coffee in the mornings always a plus. This will be our go-to stay moving forward.

The first room was not clean at all they changed me to a different room I found two roaches in the room I was not happy with the room at all the room was next to the elevator all night making noise it was a horrible noise my husband had no sleep

We were excited when we got there. The desk staff was happy and professional. We stayed two nights. The first night we had multiple types of roaches in the bathroom. Maintenance came and sprayed for bugs. We thought all would be well but the second night was much worse. On checking out I told them and not even much of an apology for the disgusting experience. The hotel needs some updates, but other than that, the rest of the experience was OK. Being right on the beach was so convenient for our needs. And it was close to lots of restaurants and easy access to mainland.

Nice room. Amazing view. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is coffee and a cupcake.

We enjoyed the property. It was a good location. The only complaint was there was no made service unless we asked for it. Had to ask for more towels.

Fenomenal el acceso a la playa

I really love this property! I stayed last summer and came back this summer, a week ago n had 5 wonderful days!! I love that they have a nice pool n they are right on the beach, I couldn't ask for more!!

It is right on the beach. With a pool. An older building but had a comfortable bed.

All of the rooms seemed to be recently updated. The bathrooms were a little dated and in need of some TLC. The staff were amazing! Helpful, affable, and quick to provide anything we needed. The location was good; right on the beach with a pool and hot tub. The tiki bar, while available for sitting under the shade (or to shelter from the daily storms) was not a functioning bar. Having said all that, the stay was worth the money and if they keep updating things, it will really be a nice modern place.

I would not recommend this place.
