Emerald Shores Resort

That there was beach access from the property & it was close to a lot of local places. The property was not very clean. There was stains on the sheets & comforter. The bed felt like you had laid on springs & creaked everytime you moved around. The bathroom has residue of rust all of the floor/tub/toilet. The patio was full of standing water.

The jacuzzi was not working Hope it will be fixed soon for the next time when i stay at the hotel. Overall good experience

Love for solo travel views and everything nearby give it 10/10 fasure

It was ok. My balcony view was amazing. The room was very dated. A good stay for 1 night.

Exceptional

Older building. Couple facilities upgrades happening during stay. Zero impact on my needs. Will very likely stay here again. Price point was awesome post spring break prior to the "400" race.

Good Hot tub not working.

Says they have a hot tub,they do not,it doesn't work 🙄 😒 the black lady at the front desk was so rude and acted like she didn't care if the rooms were clean,which they were horrible. The first room we check into had hair all over the top and inside of our sheets,the fridge didn't work and the room was just gross. The second room wasn't any better,the air filters on the ac look like they haven't been cleaned in months,the fridge had roaches inside and hair all inthe tub and shower. This place is horrible.

The staff was really nice. However the free breakfast is literally coffee, small juices, pre-packaged ceral and very small pastries. The hot tub was not hot and did not work, the switch for it had exposed wires. The room was clean, but we did find food under the cushion of the couch in the room, the faucet in the bathroom was cracked missing a portion of it, the shower had no pressure, hotwater was minimal and, the smoke detector was broken & missing,I did notice baby roaches in the bathroom. Another issued was opening the door to the room every time I left the room, took multiple tries swiping the key card to gain access to the room. We booked based on the 8.2 rating, definitely not an 8.2 and I'll not stay or recommend this property.

Overall very good stay. Room we had needed a little tlc, staff was super friendly, smoke detector was missing with wires exposed but capped off, hot tub did not work nor did the fire pits but this did not take away from our stay. Still 4/5 stars, right on the beach, again housekeeping and front desk staff 10/10. Definitely recommended if looking for budget friendly and beach access.

The room was great for the price, I didnt have a beach view but my father did and it was amazing. Room was clean and staff were nice. Only downside was the hot tub was freezing cold and the ladder to the pool was missing all the steps.

There was so many good things. The room was just perfect for us. We asked for handicapped room and it had all we needed. Perfect view from the deck . The staff was friendly and helpful. We will come back and always choose this place. There wasn’t anything.

There was a roach in are room and another bug in the bathroom that looked like a bed bug and are sheets and pillow cases where visibly dirty so I went to take them off so I can request new ones and found a rubber like thing under the blanket

The beach is beautiful...

The location is wonderful, however the property is somewhat dated Our sliding door didn't lock and the entrance door deadbolt was difficult to lock.

Alost nothing, just close to the beach adn some restaurants and ice cream store. Could be cleanes, and free breakfast is just coffee and some snacks. Normally free breakfast mean ot breakfast, but in this hotel you can eat only packed cheap cookies, yogurt, milk.

my first impression when I entered in the hotel was the bad smell of mold. The hot tub or spa was out of the order also the laundry machine was out of the order. The breakfast was coffee, sugar, milk and some snacks. The gate to accees to the beach was working without you enter the code, that means that anyone can enter the hotel. No security. The hotel gave days off for housekeeper and maintenance and you don't have service, only towels was provided if you request.
