An excellent place to stay right on the beach, for a very reasonable price. Mary, at the front desk, second shift, was super friendly and very accommodating. One of our favorite places to stay in Daytona Beach! Wish they had a few more breakfast options, besides donuts.

It was hot as hades when I was there in September. Rented a top level ocean view room which I couldn’t have been happier about. In the morning - fresh donuts, and they were darn good. Beach there had a decent amount of sand. Waves weren’t threatening, dead fish and dead plant life stayed offshore. Now, the grounds (or “garden”?) - it’s mainly a big grassy area with places to sit and games to play. It’s just that it’s really bland and boring. So many other places create nooks and plant nice flowers and have sun/shade options. These people are not realizing the full potential of the grassy property they have been the units and the sand. Price was just great and if I could do this again in 80° weather vs. 98° I’d go back.

The only thing that I did not like is, I ordered double beds and it came with a king. Out than that, everything was good.

Clean, well maintained, great beach access, nice pools. Will stay again.

Excellent place, will be back

Place is in a convenient location. Family suite is enough room for our family, Ac really did not bring the temp like I would like but it was not super hot out. House keeping can put more effort into the room prior in my opinion. Front desk was nice. Overall if you’re looking for a alright place to stay it’s not bad but nothing special I would stay here again just depends on the time of year.

I love this property. I feel a bit more of pressure wash and maintenanace on grass needs to be done, but other than that, is always a blast to go back to Parry’s.

Room was clean and nice one pool was open. Other pool had maintenance. Staff were nice and accommodating. Overall good experience.

Tunisia at check in was phenomenal !!

Overall, everything was great. Had a little mix up when we checked in, but the front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating, correcting the problem very quickly. We definitely will be staying at Perry's in the future.

Love this hotel I been coming for years now. I only wish the interior pool was for clean by that I meant it need a good pressure wash but anyway it’s always good to come and stay.
