Close to ocean Pools not so clean especially the inside area looks dingy and dirty

The pictures on Expedia are all AI and the property doesn’t look anything like the pictures do we were extremely upset. We were only in our room for five minutes and we turned around and walked out.

Always a good time when we go to Perry’s. Wish the kids suite was having a bigger kitchen like the north tower 2 bed and sofa bed rooms. Orher than that, everything was great

Staff were definitely amazing. Building itself needs much updating. Breakfast needs more options. There were gnats in my room and the room smelled odd upon arrival.

Very nostalgic staying at Perry's again! Only issue I had was the shower water pressure, which was no one's fault because they were repairing one of the water heaters. Staff was great, my room was clean and the ocean view was perfect!

The staff, specifically Michelle was amazing and so friendly. The amenities were perfect for my family. The only negative I have is the water pressure in the shower was very low and the temperature of the water did not get very hot. Otherwise would definitely recommend!

This was the 4th time, we stayed there, and its always great. Staff is friendly and attentive. The beach access is amazing. We will be back soon.

Traveled with family in a kids suite. The ocean view and extra space of the bunk beds and sofa bed were perfect for our 5. The water pressure was hit or miss, but otherwise the bathroom and toiletries were good. Literally just steps to the sand and ocean and the pool was nice as well. Bar with a good selection. Free donuts for breakfast were a hit with the kids. The best part of the stay was 1000% the staff. At every level from check in, housekeeping, maintenance, everyone we encountered was so nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this location and will most likely be back to stay again!

Always love our time at Perry's! Been coming here 30+years. The staff are wonderful!
