We absolutely loved our time here! We didn't realize just how large the property was, it had 2 outdoor pools and an indoor pool and hot tub. Beach access just a few steps of the back of the property. They have a tiki bar and an activity center for the kids. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, spectacular beach views from our balcony. The homemade donuts for breakfast every morning was the cherry on top! Now, this is an older hotel but they modernized the rooms. Rooms were peaceful and quiet, we couldn't hear anyone walking about in the hallway, even with our room being across from the breakfast area. Definitely will be coming back one day with the rest of the family!

The pictures are deceiving. The places not clean and underwhelming. The staff will not friendly nor professional. I changed my plans after seeing the hotel land the room. I really left money on the table and booked another hotel right away!. Again, the pictures are deceiving and what you see is not what you get.

Parking is an absolute disaster when crowded! Ramps are VERY steep and narrow if your car is large! Other than that awesome stay for the $$$!

We always enjoy Perry’s. We have two small dogs, three kids. They have accommodations and amenities that our whole family enjoys. The rooms are nice and updated and the view is amazing. We enjoyed the double queen and kitchenette room this time. Nice and spacious, perfect dinette to accommodate everyone in our group with a five star view. IHOP is literally right across the street from Perry’s. Added bonus, the donuts and coffee for breakfast!

My family and I had an amazing time staying at Perry's! The view was beautiful, the staff was very helpful, and we loved the free doughnuts! When we come back, we will definitely be booking with Perry's

Always a pleasure to arrive and see Michelle. Perry's feels like a home away from home and our family has been coming here for 15 years or more. When we check in and greated by a familiar face like Michelle it really makes it feel like home and know we are going to be talking care of.

Cleanliness of our room, location of resort, staff was amazing,pools were nice Our door had a large gap on the bottom allowing possibility of bugs and other critters to come in, no ramp access to the beach for handicapped people
