Perry's Ocean Edge Resort

Room was clean, but had no hot water. Indoor pool closed for at least 2 hours for a storm that lasted maybe 20 min.

The room was clean when we got. We were in room 516. The only complaint we have was that we didnt have No hot water to do the dishes or take a shower . The pool clean and was warm when we got in it. There wasnt No towels left when we got there . We thought it wasnt cool that have to charge for someone to visit for a few hours. But other then that it was great. The lady that checked us in I think her name was Michelle she was very polite and very nice to her customers. She explains everything to us and when we asked questions she even answered then. And when we went down to talk too some about the visitors coming for our granddaughter cake for a few house he didnt seem very friendly or very polite. That was yesterday 08/05 around 4 n 6 pm.

My family had the best time. Great location, very clean, LOVE the donuts! Everyone was friendly and we are definitely coming back

We literally LOVED everything about our stay. The staff..the homemade donuts...the clean rooms and amenities. We can't wait to go back.

Did a quick trip for a get away and it was a nice place to stay and enjoy the pool and beach

My only real concern was the parking. We arrived on Thursday with no issues, but when we returned from our event Friday night, the hotel parking lot was completely full. We had to park across the street, which was stressful since we were traveling with our 5-year-old. Crossing such a busy road at night felt unsafe. If I had known parking could be that limited, I may have chosen a different hotel. The only other suggestion I have is that it would be nice if extra pillows were available upon request. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The beautiful room, incredible view, and comfortable accommodations made for a wonderful trip, and we would be happy to return in the future.

The worst experience. I have two babies that require car seats. The front desk expected us to park second vehicle 20 minutes away from hotel. Across the street beach parking was offered however no overnight parking stated on a sign. Front staff said they sent me an email which they didn’t have my email on file. We spent half of our time trying to find parking and stressing back-and-forth. At that point, I just wanted to go home.

Staff very friendly

We stayed in the kids suit. It was spacious enough for 3 adults and 3 kids. The room was cool. My only complaints are the curtains being too long that they cover the AC unit and make cooling the area difficult and the pool lights on the side we were on weren't working so it was pitch black at night.

Staff were awesome! Rooms were great and spacious! Typical Florida thunderstorm rolled in but it didn’t stop the fun for us and the kids thanks to the indoor pool! Would definitely be back again

The facility is pretty big and sprawling, and we were far from my daughter's room. Rooms and indoor areas are very nice, but outdoor areas are a bit rough in places because it's an older resort. Still, I would go back. The grandkids loved it, and the price is good

This was the first time staying at Perry's. Within the first hour of being there, the police showed up and walked the property. The staff was decent, but could be a little more welcoming and courteous to guests. The property could use some freshning up on the exterior of the buildings and guest laundry facilities. One of the elevators had a shake to it, the one nearest to the ocean, in the south tower. The room was very spacious and updated, and had a nice balcony overlooking the grounds and the beachfront. However, some of the rooms are adjoining, especially the ones facing the beach. Also, on the first night, a cockroach was found crawling around the kitchenette area of the room. It's centrally located, across the street from a IHOP and soon to be, Aldi. As well as, a Surf Style souvenir shop and 7-ELEVEN. Parking can be challenge because of the high volume of people coming and going, but they do have an overflow parking lot across the street, near the 7-ELEVEN. Every place has pros and cons when it comes to hotels. I would really have to consider staying here again though. A lot of potential.

The staff was excellent.

The 3 private beach accesses, 2 outdoor pools & indoor pool were all very nicely kept, as well as the other common areas. The staff was friendly & pleasant. We will definitely be back!

The only complaint I have is that the safe inside the room did not work. the amenities and staff and location were all fantastic.

Parking is very limited.

Good place to stay.
