I didn’t like that every night my key would deactivate and I be locked out my room and I never received an apology or anything for my stress from being locked out of my room

Title: Extremely disappointing experience – Avoid this property! This was easily the worst hotel experience for the price point. From the moment we walked in, there was an unpleasant odor throughout the entire building. The room kitchen had zero utensils or plates. When we asked the front desk staff for basic dishes, they handed us dirty items. The advertised "free breakfast" was a joke—just a few granola bars, fruit, and muffins sitting on the front desk. When asked about it, the staff rudely responded with a "take it or leave it" attitude. To top it off, the swimming pool was dirty and uninviting. Horrible stay overall. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to stay

I was disappointed in the available amenities. I had assumed there would be a blow dryer in my room or at least one available if asked for. There was not. Although 'extended stay' there were no dishes, utensils, dish detergent available in the room. These could be requested but would have liked to know ahead of time. Especially the dish detergent and sponge or dish rag. My TV didn't work and I asked at the front desk if someone could check it while I was out of the room. No one came to check it. Did not work my entire stay. The fabric part of the couch in my room smelled. I had to use my bed cover so I could sit on it comfortably.

My stay here was extremely disappointing. The room was unclean, smelled terrible, and we even found cockroaches in both the bedroom and the bathroom. On top of that, the front desk was completely unattended there was no staff available when we needed assistance or when we tried to check out. The location is the only positive thing about this place, but it's definitely not worth staying here.

Good economic price. Got there just in time before the last staff member was off for the night. The staff there were friendly. However, the run that I got smelled like cigarette smoke.

The staff is great!! Every interaction with every person was pleasant sincere and helpful. They seem serious about their jobs. A special shout out to ALANA ,hope I spelled it right, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect .Super professional but warm and friendly as well. We stayed there while we were waiting for our AC contractor to show up and fix our air! Would recommend. Especially since it was sooo cheap!!

Everything was clean and great. In a great area just a couple of blocks away from main attraction.

The room was not clean at all. Floors were disgustingly dirty. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. We will never stay at this location again.

El desayuno demasiado miserable, solo café, té y un muffin, como es posible que desayuno, están engañando a las personas, demasiados perros , y no separan las habitaciones de pets, yo fui con mi bebé y el suelo de la habitación tenía pelos de perro.

The only thing that I liked about this place was the staff other than that it his place would get a one star. The first room I had the Tv, AC or phone worked then the next room I was moved to had roaches… lots of them big and small ones, I finally was switched to a half decent room but I already had a bad taste left in my mouth. The grab and go breakfast was garbage and the pool was closed.

Worst experience. I prefer not to stay. My review won’t affect the property but it will help people like me when go with family for a stay. I had a reservation and got delayed for some reasons and they won’t allow me to checkin. I was with my family and small kids at 12 midnight .
