We had stayed there before with no problems. This time they were out of some extra bedding we needed and the balcony we paid for was locked and couldn’t use it. The rooms with just the view and no balcony are better

Excellent hotel with great service and conveniently located across from speedway and by Bass Pro Shop. Dining service was fantastic and an all around beautiful hotel. Highly recommended.

The issues started with our room door, which would not lock properly. Maintenance came to fix it, but the problem only got worse. Later during our stay, after my wife and I took showers, water flooded a large portion of the room and soaked the carpet, luggage, and some of our clothes. The hotel's solution was to move us to another room and provide a single Tide pod. The room itself was not in great condition. The carpet and floors had visible stains, and even the bed sheets appeared stained before we used them. The soap dispensers in the bathroom barely worked and were frustrating to use throughout the stay. At checkout, I noticed the $250 hold had disappeared and a separate $65 charge appeared on my card. When I asked about it, I was told it was related to room service charges that exceeded the deposit amount, along with credits being applied. The billing process was confusing and not explained clearly. To be fair, most of the staff were polite and helpful during our stay. Unfortunately, good customer service could not make up for the maintenance issues, flooding, cleanliness concerns, and unexpected fees. Overall, this hotel was not worth the price we paid.

Everything was in point and excellent! Food, room, amenities. Staff was neutral to good in restaurant and front desk. Exception (Valentina in front desk)...she really was amazing!!! Excellent customer service.
