Cleanliness of the property and room
-
My room wasn’t ready right away due to staff cleaning I waited 30 min until I was able to get into the room and they waived my parking fee due to their inconvenience.

Location to my son’s university. My room was on the first floor where breakfast was being served. Starting at 6:00am I heard dishwashing and prep for breakfast. I spoke to the night manager. She said she could try to help, but what could she do. I suggested not putting anyone in a room next to the dining area. We had come back late from a football game and are driving home today with inadequate sleep. My experience with this chain is usually great but this time it is horrible!!!

The hotel was generally clean. The outside seating area looked pretty worn. Didn’t appreciate the parking charge on top of the nightly rate. The staff was nice enough, nothing over the top. The bathroom shower could use some updates.

Room was not ready at arrival after 3:09pm. Shower had a weak stream and poor drainage.

Para estar vacio el Hotel me dieron una de las habitaciones con vista al estacionamiento en la parte de atrás, era nuestra primera experiencia y esperabamos tener la vista hacia el Deytona Speedwey.

I checked in at 930pm the night last minute booking. The staff was exceptional, Jatneil was knowledgeable about the area and answered every question. The hotel was great located across from daytona speedway and closes to local beaches.

Great place to stay during race week! Speedway just across the street.

Everything. The bed was comfortable, spacious and clean room. The room has a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel was close to several nice restaurants and even downtown. Nothing.

The bed was very comfortable but the room definitely needs upgrades The bathroom was very dirty… that’s a main part for me! The shower was super dirty
