Amazing view lots of space and amenities were amazing. Plan to come in one car because it was frustrating with one pass.

The room was clean. The bed was really comfy. Staff was attentive. The amenities were very nice and the beach had easy access! We will be back!

Todo estuvo bien,lo único q no me gustó fue q en la habitación no había un pestillo para la puerta para cuando se anda con niños,tenia q estar vigilando a mi niño todo el tiempo para q no abriera la puerta

We also appreciated how safe and secure everything felt. Security guards regularly walked the property, making sure only guests were on the premises, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Our ocean-view room was comfortable and clean, and it was convenient to exchange towels during the week. The amenities were perfect for our family. The two outdoor pools were great, and we enjoyed having the bar and nearby with great music. Our kids especially loved the indoor pool and spent time in the arcade playing games, air hockey, and pool. The gym was small but had everything needed for a good workout. The café offered a good selection for breakfast and lunch, but our only suggestion would be to keep it open later into the evening, especially since the bar stays open. It would be nice to have more food options available at dinner time. The location is another huge plus, with shopping conveniently located right across the street. Overall, we had an amazing family vacation and highly recommend Grand Seas Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly beachfront getaway. We can’t wait to return!

When I checked in the front desk did not ask for any payment so later on in the day they called my room and I was told I need to go downstairs to pay because I have not paid yet. I felt like they were accusing me of not paying but no one asked for a payment, I am use to them charging my card when I check out. They also did not give me any map of the property or just an overview. When I got to my room the vents had all condensation, my toilet got clogged and the other toilet was leaking all on the bottom. When I turned on the ice machine the ice had all junk on it, the hallway smelled liked weed, and my kids feet were black from the room floor being so dirty. When I went downstairs to address my concerns I was pretty much dismissed by the environmental manger and could not speak to the manger of the resort. It was horrible and I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

This hotel was outstanding staff was nice and courteous, always a smile. Looking forward to take my grandkids next year.

Came to the area for a few days of relaxation, checking in was a breeze, the room was a decent size, my only complaints about the room was the front door was loose at the hinge side so it was a little hard to close, and there are no balconies on the upper floors. Otherwise the property was nice overall. If you want some adult drinks, Shirley is an amazing bartender. One of the pools is shallow for the little kids and the other one is very deep. Quick access to the beach, and the onsite restaurant has really good food with reasonable prices. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to the area.

Amazing resort especially for families! The rooms are updated and furnished nicely. The pools are great! There are 3 pools. 1 of them has a 0 entry end which is amazing for kids! We will come back.

a beautiful ocean view. The pools were very close and convenient, easy to access. The beach is easy to walk to. Across the street there is a small shopping plaza with Ross, Marshalls, Five Below, and other shops. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, full kitchen w/dishwasher.staff was friendly, loved the pool that was perfect for toddlers and adults. We were on the bottom floor which gave us easy access to the pools and the beach. We liked the ramp instead of the stairs going down to the beach! Makes it much easier to carry things to and from the beach. We will definitely be going back!!

Our room was very clean and modern. The staff was friendly and professional and answered any questions we had. We will stay here again.
