La Bella Oceanfront Inn

The property is beach front with only select few rooms that actually view the ocean, we got a 3 bed unit there was dirt caked on the floor especially in the corners and bathroom area. The bathroom was extremely dirty the toilet the floor the shower was gritty. There was absolutely no countertop space, the microwave barely worked the refrigerator was half working the first 3 nights the downstairs unit would blare music, the pool was never clean. Yes we did report the noise complaint and the offered our money back with no time when we would get funds to get another room, staff spoke to the individuals making noise once and the noise continued up into the AM. Will not be staying here very misled by description of room.

The pool was really nice and the beach was great with a tide pool. The room was mediocre at best. No where to put my stuff, no rugs... so if the floor is sandy, you better brush it off or your bed will be sandy too. The walls were dirty. The bed covering was stained/ dirty. The tv and ac remotes didn't work. The shower curtain touches you the entire shower, needs the curved rod or something.

I was right on the beach and even though we didn't use the pool it looked very nice. The towels were noticeably very dingy, there was jelly on the bed skirt, you could see the light outside through door not sealing completely, there were some ants and a roach crawling, around, the room smelled like mold, you could see where the toilet had been moved, and some dirt or hair attached to the bottom of the bathroom door.

I like the location and the smaller property. I like that it’s beachfront. It’s not a bad location. The property allowed locals to overtake the parking lot and pool and all the parking spots when it came to the weekend. These free loaders trash the parking lot and pool area. There are cameras so the property owners know what is happening and do nothing about it. People complained and this still happened. We won’t stay here again. I paid money to stay somewhere they allow local Florida tagged cars filled with twenty year olds to hang out on the weekend and keep their paying customers awake. I called and complained and the property didn’t do anything. The property was so overwhelmed that the toilet would stop up , the tub wouldn’t drain and the noise from the partying was obnoxious. I would have given the place a decent score except for the events that took place on the weekend. Good luck to the property owners, you will eventually be out of business because of your current situation.

Location, staff and price was all great. The motel is obviously dated and lacking in some basic areas but I see them making efforts to improve, our room was overall good, the sheets did have some sunscreen stains on them which is part of beach life. The rooms were superficially clean, would have liked a more detailed cleaning. One of the two AC units in our suit didn't work.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff provided great customer service and were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The pool area was also very nice and made for a relaxing experience. Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. Everything was well kept and the overall experience was very enjoyable.
