It was really nice relaxing weekend it was funny to have the lady checking us in with the same name . We loved making family memories💗

I feel when you spend in excess of $120 per night, I shouldn't have to ask for fresh towels every day. Every day! Then the trash would be removed, if you asked for it. I feel that part of the experience in staying in a hotel is......clean room, clean towels, new linens at least every other day. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open, there was part of the door frame that was rotted it out. I could have spent an additional $20 per night and stayed at a much nicer hotel. The staff was friendly, but many didn't speak English which would require a trip to the desk.

Restaurant food was very good. Ben & Lauren restaurant/bar staff was great.

Clean, beach view

Hotel needs updated. The carpet was gross in the rooms. We killed a large roach in one of the hallways. The pool and beach access was nice and so was the restaurant inside. Also not in a great location but tolerable.

Room was dirty and I found black mold. I asked them to change me and the room they gave me was without the mold but had stains all over the carpet. There was no balcony and the beach view was obscured by a nasty rooftop with trash and building materials all over it.

Everything was perfect! Super clean and friendly staff! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Beach front with a beautiful view of the sunrise! Everything was great. Wish breakfast was included. They have beach chair rentals and a beach food trailer right out front on the beach! It was great!

The holiday inn is a nightmare! The pull out bed was terrible and the AC didn’t work in the front room ! The kids had to take the mattress and sleep on our floor! The bathroom door didn’t close , there was no kitchenette! And the room smelled ! So we tried to switch rooms she said we couldn’t we booked through a 3rd party. They were nasty too! So we walked next door to the hard rock and told them our story and they gave us two nights ocean view two queens at a better price!

The food served in the Restaurant/Bar area was good. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The nacho appetizer was very good and the prices were fair. The staff was friendly. The view from the balcony overlooked the pool, beach and pier. We would stay there again.

I did see a roach in the room, but other than that, everything was fine oh wait one waitress wasn’t very pleasant

Checking in was easy— Chris was great and was able to accommodate us checking in early. We paid extra for breakfast vouchers but the breakfast was your average breakfast that other hotels offer for free. There’s an up charge for apple juice for some reason. Parking on property is limited so we had to park across the street. The area is pretty quiet and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach. The room was clean and maintained.

Nice stay and would stay again

Food was good. Pricilla, Emily, and Ben were outstanding! We will be back!
