Overall great time. We stayed with friends for a concert. Would come back.

4th of July weekend. Restaurant on premises served my wife rancid chicken. They apologized 10 times, brought out a Caesar salad w grilled chicken and charged me for it. Rooms are small for 4 guests. Coffee lady was amazing! Made me a coffee 1 hour before opening and was the most accommodating. No trash bags In rooms. Pool area is beautiful.

Amazing weekend

The hotel was great, clean, live music every night till 11. Only down side is parking, stayed two day and spend 80 dollars to park! As much as you pay for the rooms and the food on site the parking should be free!

The hotel rooms were magical. Ocean view delicious food at Sessions restaurant. Staff fun friendly and on their game

We stay at The Hard Rock every summer. It's a great hotel for families. We had a wonderful view of the beach and pool and concert. It's very convenient and the staff is friendly and helpful.

With my VA disability tag I was offered free parking and charging for my SUV. Loved that detail. Thank you!!

The room was perfect, beds were comfortable, the location is great, staff is friendly and the concerts were awesome! Highly recommend and I will be going back!

Negative: It is extremely loud here and our neighboring room kept their TV on blast all night until 6am when they apparently went to sleep, needless to say we didn't sleep. The phone in the room didn't. A couple days later we received our room charges via email, we never received the 4 free drinks promised when reserving, no big deal. However, almost 2 weeks later we get charged for a towel we didn't return. WHAT??? We are not thieves and don't need your cheap pool towel. Imagine each room being charged $25 for a pool towel, they're making 10k+ per week just for that. We reached out advising that all of their towels were left in the room and to refund us immediately, no response. Absolutely ridiculous. We definitely will not stay here again.

Very nice

In general the Hotel is ok. Bed and pool. To pay the parking and breakfast. We paid enough money to stay in an overpriced Bed. At the area we can stay in a different place for less money and better service. HRH never again.

Loved this hotel! Very clean and spacious and rooms. The beach was amazing and the pools were also clean and really nice! Loved the poolside service for food and drinks, and the onsite restaurant was also great and easy. Would definitely recommend! :)
