La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Oceanfront Daytona Beach

Parking spots were occupied with construction materials on palates. We had to be extremely careful where we walked bc of glass and porcelain shards from the dumpster outside our door. I asked several times for towels and floor mats and was given a cold shoulder and made to feel guilty for asking. The pool was confusing… was it saltwater or chlorine? I have never seen birds drink from a pool regardless but they did here. The filters and surrounding area do not look like the photos and they sporadically clean. I would recommend daily because many people who stay here are pigs. Also people with their pets in the pool and barking constantly! Great location. Needs a little bit more love

Extremely out of date, the room just felt dirty.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Oceanfront Daytona Beach Stay turned out to be Horrific experience as everything in my accommodation room was broken including Bed, Not Washed Bed Sheets with Hairs of previous Guess and Stains with foul smell from BedSheets and Comforter on Beds. During early morning while we were all on sleep the Fire Alarm went off and we could see the smoke in the room from the Air Conditioner. Additionally there’s no water in the room to freshen up. All in all this is a Wrost Hotel to and online published Reviews are fake and Scam as this Hotel doesn’t qualify for Public Occupancy and should be seized by Local Municipality immediately!!!

Clean room, super pet friendly and beautiful ocean view rooms

My room had old furniture the pull up, couch and the chair were horribly dirty, microwave was old and rusty, got pics if you need. The cheout person was very rude, did no provide me a receipt. She stated that it was going to be on line.

The breakfast was nice . The waffles are always a hit and the yogurt. If there were more variety of fruit such as banana that would be nice. ? It was obvious the staff took pride in keeping everything clean in the breakfast area . When I checked in there was only one person available and she seemed overwhelmed. It would have been nicer if there was more staff available at the time of arrival. There were several people checking in all at once and people calling. I believe other people were taking her personality as an attitude, but she was visibly overwhelmed. I felt for her.

They charged more for my pets that was stated on the app 25 per animal instead of up to two for 25

The weekend breakfast was great, during the week the options were cut down. I’ve been going to the hotel three times a year for 11 years! One of the reasons we continue to go back is the breakfast. So we my be re thinking that.

The fact that we had an ocean view room to see the ocean I had a reservation for 8/7 Threw 8/9 For a football Game me and my family had to attend The up keep of the room was not pleasant at all it smelled Horrible Upon arrival Meldew in the shower around the bathtub, Meldew on the sliding door , curtains on the sliding door very dirty, spider webbs and spider in the crease of the wall, Sofa Bed inside was not clean the Bed to the sofa bed had stains and was very flat, utility closet did not close all the way When I did complain to the staff she did try and look to move us to another room but had nothing available I Have been calling to talk with a manager but they are never available left my name and number as well I also sent an email and still have not heard from Noone and today is 8/12/26!!!!

I loved it pool everything was great

The room was clean My room was right above the pool there were people in the pool till 11 o’clock every night, smoking and drinking

It’s a good hotel for the price. Staff is nice. Rooms are a bit scruffy but not awful for the price. Great views if you get oceanfront. Breakfast is good. Plenty of parking spots.

The first room they 0ut us in was never cleaned, moved us to another room it wasn't bad

El hotel es pequeño pero acogedor las habitacion bien amplia yo estuve en suite oceanfront muy bonita vista desde nuestro balcón, la piscina y jacuzzi limpios , la playa mucho oleaje, El desayuno bueno para ser in hotel pequeño contaba d leche , yogurt. Cereales, querer, panes d 2 tipos mantequilla queso crema, una maquina d hacer waffles, revoltillo ,hamburguesas y 3 tipos d jugos, además maquina con cafe y te todo el dia me pareció bueno. Yo regresaría me gustó el hotel cabe decir que soy asesora d viajes y si recomiendo el lugar El hotel tiene 3 pisos y cuenta con elevador hay maquina d hielo en cada piso , para hacer cambios d toallas hay q ir a recepción y con gusto te las cambian Regresaría y se lo recomendaré a mis clientes. Cerca tiene muchos lugares para comer y conocer la ciudad es acogedora y tranquila

The staff in the office was great however, the staff that was cleaning our rooms locked my daughters out early before our departure, making them go back to the office to get a key where they can get the rest their stuff at the room. If they didn’t lock the room before 11 AM checkout time we would’ve been out of the hotel at 11 but everything was pleasant. Everything was good. It was just the who made it was rude, disgruntled, face, and demeanor, the entire time towards my children.

Great location on the beach, convenient parking, friendly staff, good breakfast. Could use some updates in the rooms but clean. Would stay here again.
