Not the cleanest, or updated place, but was decent, had breakfast, and on the beach.

Very pet friendly

Smelt like mildew, beds were terrible, parking was horrible, teenagers in the hot tub drinking and smoking dope, cigarette butts on walk ways

Good stay

Not much to say here. The only positive thing was the actual beach. It was nice and uncrowded I’m glad that I do not work a job where I have to be drug tested. The whole time I was there, it reaked of pot. It was unclean and property could not furnish one extra towel when we asked.

I enjoyed the oceanfront accessibility. The staff was very friendly. The pool was nice too when it wasn’t overcrowded. The room had lots of bugs (cockroaches), smelled of mildew, and wasn’t at all clean when we arrived. We arrived early, was told that the room was ready and could access early for a $30 fee. I paid the fee and entered the room and observed the above. I couldn’t bring any personal belongings into the room. You can also feel the springs through the mattress, which was really the least of our worries throughout the stay.

Oceanfront and had a nice breakfast and the people that worked there were very nice They had people in the pool all hours of the night. At one time we counted 40 people in the pool at 10 PM. Kids were jumping in and out of the pool the worst part they had no lights on inside the pool so you couldn’t even see in the pool dangerous situation for children. It seems that the lights of the pool went on after 12 o’clock midnight they should have those lights on earlier. And they should have assigned stating the hours of the pool they did not the noise out there from the balcony was not pleasant at night. Also, they had no bathroom outside !!! you have to walk to the lobby and I don’t think anybody’s doing it due to the distance.

The rooms are very spacious and we loved having a ground floor. Wish there was a rug or some carpet to catch sand.

Very nice place great location Breakfast was very super crowded had to wait in line for ever our room was not ready when we got there check-in was at 3:00 we got there about 4:30 and still had to wait about 40 minutes for our room but it was very clean

Friendly staff at check-in. Good breakfast. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room wasn't cleaned during our stay, could not get clean towels.

Nice beach view and very accessible. As far as the room, mattresses kind of old and picture of room on website also outdated ( probably taken when rooms were renovated)

The dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. Smelled and looked terribly dirty. We slept in our clothes, and used shoes in the room, cleaned everything we touched. Pool was dirty, bunch of hair, paper on the floor. Just the terrible experience. The only good thing about this place is proximity to the beach.

At least the rooms were very clean Well my room phone didn't work. Which I reported twice. They took forever to clean my room. They never told me that the beds are not made every day. I had to ask for everything and we had to pick it up at the front desk.

I liked it because you could bring your dog and it was ocean front. Breakfast was good except sausage. I didn’t like the bathroom. It didn’t have a wall plug in . I had to blow dry my hair by the refrigerator . They didn’t turn on pool lights on when it got dark . They didn’t monitor how many people would be in the hot tub. Sometimes there would be 15 people in the there including small children for hours.

Check-in was super quick & easy. Staff was beyond welcoming & nice. We had an oceanfront view room which was really nice, especially for the price! The location was perfect being that attractions & restaurants were all within walking distance. Special request were approved instantly when requested. The pool had a gradual slope in it, plus a mushroom like water fountain so it was perfect for my little one. The hot tub was nice & clean & working properly. We always had a table available at pool side with an umbrella for sitting by the pool as well as beach access. There were showers accessible for clean off after going out on the beach so we weren’t sandy afterwards. The room was fairly spacious with two televisions & three queen beds (one being a pull out). It offered refrigeration, a coffee maker, & alarm clock/radio. Breakfast was available every morning offering a wide verity of hot & cold items. The only thing I would say that wasn’t up to par would be the state of the rooms/property. It definitely needed some tender loving care as it was kind of out of date & needing minor fixing of things like a panel on a cabinet coming off, obvious worn out blankets, a paint job, elevator updating, ice machines not working on the floors, etc. just little things. There was a giant ice machine down in their laundry mat area so it made up for the ones on the floors not working. All & all we enjoyed our stay & the positives outweighed the negatives. For the price it was good!

The location, and friendliness of the staff. Not much parking, we did call the front desk 2 times as the pull out sofa mattress & sheets were gross with food crumbs/stains. They never got changed so we didn’t even utilize it. It was old, & gross anyway. Definitely not letting my kids sleep on it.

The staff were great, the room was perfect and the location was spot on. The view was perfect! The elevator was the original elevator from the first building. I really dont have anything bad to say besides that..

Fantastic view and location! Nice outdoor space with pool and beach access. Rooms were not very clean and need serious updates. The water pressure in the shower is basically non existent and makes showers challenging. The toilets also don’t work correctly. You have to flush 3-4+ times.
