Great location on the beach, convenient parking, friendly staff, good breakfast. Could use some updates in the rooms but clean. Would stay here again.

Location Pics very deceiving, old and run down. Room had black mold on the ceiling in multiple spots. Smelled badly of mold. We didn’t even end up staying there after seeing the mold and then not having another room to move us to

Perfect location and great breakfast and service Parking

Close to another of stuff to do and eat....and the breakfast was very good.. 1 the fridge isn't working in room 109...told the front staff figure they would be replacing it.nope suffered the whole stay cause I couldn't use the fridge to store our stuff. Not happy there.and the toilet seat was lose so bad and the room tv alot of channels wouldn't come in..not cool...then the 2nd room we got room 109 tv remote didn't work for the tv and that toilet was hard to flush..

Hot tub isn't hot at all. Not truly dog friendly at all. Dog charge of $25 per night per pet with no where but a dirt patch to walk pets. The only grass has no dogs on grass signs. Staff is not friendly and actually rude. Won't be back.

La limpieza del hotel pesima y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien.

Necesitan tener mas limpieza en los cuartos... las sabanas estaban todas sucias y con pelos de humanos ( señal de q no fueron cambiadas al irse los huespedes anteriores)... fuimos al lobby a buscar otro set de sabanas para el sofa cama y me lo dieron igual... sucio y las sabanas casi transparentes de lo viejas q estan y el cover q cubria el matre de sofa cama estaba todo roto. Las cortinas sucias con rastros de comida salpicada. La piscina estaba turbia q parecia q hacia como 1 mes q no la limpian.

Breakfast good verity of food . Had better quality of forks and spoons and paper plates . real butter , And two waffle makers . Sheets. Thin and not best quality . Floor didn’t seem clean. Sticky. Had to wear slippers all the time

Nice location and cool Pool. Friendly staff. The bathroom smelled of rotten fish. We did not go to the ocean at all or do anything to bring the smell in but everytime we walked in there we wanted to vomit.

Location They only have about 50 parking spot for over a 100 apartments. And the solution they give you is to go across the street and pay for parking

Do yourself a favor and run not walk from this one. There is ao much wrong I can't fit it all in 1500 words or less. We started out by paying for early check in that never happened actually 45 minutes past regular time. We were greeted by the parking lot being full of Daytona police. The lobby restroom was out of order so no place to pee after traveling and waiting hours for a room. Finally in a room now the toilet will not flush. The pictures online are not even close to the way this place looks. The parking is horrible. No grass what so ever to walk dogs in a hotel that's suppose to be dog friendly. There is beautiful grass in the picture minus the sign saying no dogs on the grass. Also $25 per day per pet for absolutely no reason. My dog cleaned under the bed where he found cheerios lots of them and we had none. We had no refrigerator or bed side clock. The entire staff are rude!!!! Only helpful staff was Sylvester the maintenance guy. Also seems on Saturdays groups of people rent 1 room and fill the pool area with their 50 kids. Also their very loud radios with different music till all hours of the night. This place is a complete dump!!!!

The breakfast was good!!! The 1st floor is not my thing. I prefer the second floor. The housekeeper never knocked on my door which was 113. I requested towels and wash cloths and never received them until I went to the front desk and got them myself. This is unsatisfactory to me. Please do a better job next time. Rufus Milton P.S I was there for 4 days and the housekeeper never knocked or even asked to clean the room or take out the trash. I guess we were invisible.
