Great location on the beach, convenient parking, friendly staff, good breakfast. Could use some updates in the rooms but clean. Would stay here again.

Hot tub isn't hot at all. Not truly dog friendly at all. Dog charge of $25 per night per pet with no where but a dirt patch to walk pets. The only grass has no dogs on grass signs. Staff is not friendly and actually rude. Won't be back.

La limpieza del hotel pesima y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien.

Necesitan tener mas limpieza en los cuartos... las sabanas estaban todas sucias y con pelos de humanos ( señal de q no fueron cambiadas al irse los huespedes anteriores)... fuimos al lobby a buscar otro set de sabanas para el sofa cama y me lo dieron igual... sucio y las sabanas casi transparentes de lo viejas q estan y el cover q cubria el matre de sofa cama estaba todo roto. Las cortinas sucias con rastros de comida salpicada. La piscina estaba turbia q parecia q hacia como 1 mes q no la limpian.

Do yourself a favor and run not walk from this one. There is ao much wrong I can't fit it all in 1500 words or less. We started out by paying for early check in that never happened actually 45 minutes past regular time. We were greeted by the parking lot being full of Daytona police. The lobby restroom was out of order so no place to pee after traveling and waiting hours for a room. Finally in a room now the toilet will not flush. The pictures online are not even close to the way this place looks. The parking is horrible. No grass what so ever to walk dogs in a hotel that's suppose to be dog friendly. There is beautiful grass in the picture minus the sign saying no dogs on the grass. Also $25 per day per pet for absolutely no reason. My dog cleaned under the bed where he found cheerios lots of them and we had none. We had no refrigerator or bed side clock. The entire staff are rude!!!! Only helpful staff was Sylvester the maintenance guy. Also seems on Saturdays groups of people rent 1 room and fill the pool area with their 50 kids. Also their very loud radios with different music till all hours of the night. This place is a complete dump!!!!

Please change out towels and wash cloth they were dingy and need to be updated. Service great and staff was nice. Great location. The water pressure was terrible and some of the furniture i.e. beds need updating.

The pool was very dirty and the breakfast was not good. I even found a hair in my eggs. They do clean your room everyday though, which is rare this day in age.

Overall good stay for the-price. Rooms clean and beds were comfortable. Good breakfast. Most importantly oceanfront rooms and Just steps away from the beach.

Not enough parking. We had to park across the street and walk over. Poor upkeep on the room. Interior door latch flopping with loose screws, rusty hole in the side of the shower, the sliding door track is filthy looking as it never gets cleaning. The face of the ac unit was gapped and looked like it was falling off. Very nasty in walk ways outside. Building and rooms look nothing like the website pictures. We will not be staying there again.

Clean rooms, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent many options. Location was great beach was accessible from the motel. I would highly recommend this location to stay at.

The room was clean. The towels were dingy. Not enough parking in the lot, Had to park across the street.

Room was dirty, walls had dirty hand prints on the wall, shower had a bunch of soap scum on all over it, we brought a blue light and the room was nasty the curtains were so nasty I didn’t even want to touch them. on one of the sides of the bed it looks like someone dropped a drink never got cleaned off the wall or the little side dresser that hangs on the wall so it’s was molding, our AC leaked allllll over the room we had to use 2 towels to clean it up, we booked a king room wigh jacuzzi tub didn’t get that ended up with the only handicap accessible room on the property and when we brought it up the told us pretty oh well it’s the only room they had left and I paid extra for those amenities. They don’t keep up with keeping the property clean pool area was always dirty with trash like they don’t clean up at night, we were there for 3 days and the same broken busted Floaties and pool noodles floated around the pool don’t recommend staying here stay somewhere nicer for the same price or a couple extra $$ or you will regret it. It was not worth $420 to stay.

Location of hotel is close to restaurants and to the beach. Breakfast does the job swimming pool is very nice. Jacuzzi don’t work.
