Renaissance Daytona Beach Oceanfront Hotel

Excellent place! This is the vibe daytona really needs to elevate the experience. The pool menu has more practical pricing then the restaurant and a tapas bar menu with deals and happy hour would bring more people in… they vouch your valet if you just want to hang and eat there for less then 4 hours. The aesthetic is just gorgeous. An excellent use of the beach front views, live music on the weekends.

The hotel was beautiful and our room was comfortable and clean with a great view. Staff was helpful and attentive. Enjoyed being right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants (Starlight Diner, Red Bud Cafe, and Rossellinis were our favorites). We honestly never used the pool because we were in the ocean instead, but pool area was never overly crowded and was always clean. We did enjoy the breakfast a few mornings, which is pricier but convenient and food was delicious. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. We even were able to watch the SpaceX launch from the hotel grassy area out back, which was fantastic so keep an eye on the launch schedule! Hotel branded water is complimentary which was also much appreciated! We had a great stay!

Beautiful location with direct beach access, lovely pool and bar. However, for a family of 6 it is not ideal. The room can technically sleep 6 but will feel overcrowded. Also, the bathroom door is a barn door that has 1-2 inch gaps all the way around so even with the door closed you can still see directly inside, so do not expect privacy. I give 5 stars for the shower, it’s great. Additionally they are limited on the larger rooms so don’t expect to check-in until after 4:30. If you are a family of 4 or less this would be a wonderful location.

Our room was impeccable and very spacious. They upgraded us to an ocean view room which was so nice! The poolside service and food were great. The only complaint is that the shower near the pool was not working so there was no way to wash off the sand from our feet before we got into the pool.

The hotel is fabulous oceanfront views and staff are friendly and excellent service any where elsewhere we been .Overall we are definitely come back soon!
