Amazing place I love the hotel

Room was very clean. Staff was pleasant and engaging.

Been there twice already pretty clean and great location. Price of breakfast buffet kind of high. Walked to ihop down the street for cheaper. Wish I didn’t have to.

The hotel is fabulous oceanfront views and staff are friendly and excellent service any where elsewhere we been .Overall we are definitely come back soon!

The hotel clerk Chris was very rude and told me it was a liability for him to give me a band aid ask for a early check in he still made me wait til 4 PM he has bad people skills

Bartender made awesome drinks, front desk staff was very friendly and nice. Super helpful with answering questions. Wasn't impressed with the morning breakfast. Staff was nice. Rooms were very cleaned.

Great Marriott Bonvoy property!

Property common areas were very dirty. It looked like once they closed there was nothing done, food everywhere dirt on bars, seats, floor, and tables.

Birds attacked multiple guests in the pool area, hotel staff told us that they had already reported it and there was nothing they could do about it. I showed staff a video of the birds attacking my family. The receptionist asked for the video, he later told me he sent it to his family - very unprofessional and a violation of privacy considering my child was in the video. Valet parking is the only option at the hotel. I don’t recommend walking around at night and many locals advised us to be careful.

After our arrival we sat down at the bar. Took a while before anyone acknowledged we were there. A kid asked if we wanted water. He brought over 2 and one had a pink substance in it. I asked for another with the same result. He said someone would be with us shortly. After sitting there watching the staff complain about wire job another couple says down and was served immediately. Breakfast the next morning was not much better. Waiting to be seated the person sitting people told the couple in front of us that they weren’t going to inconvenience their staff to clean a table they requested outside. Has to get our own cream for coffee from the bar. Had to get up to find someone to refill coffee and had to go back to the bar for more cream whatching most of the staff in a room talking with each other. Customer service was atrocious.

The location of the hotel was perfect for walking. Lots of restaurant choices within a mile. The amenities and proximity to the beach were awesome. It was a great stay for my husband and I to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
