Hilton Vacation Club Daytona Beach Regency

Room had horrible smell , call front desk only came in to spray air freshener . Smell continue in the room , requested another room never got manager to trim . Very disappointed Bessie I have stayed here over the years . Very bad experience

If you get a suite with two beds there will be two heavy doors that will not stay open separating the two living spaces. Basically trying to turn two rooms into one but poorly executed. The hallways are very loud all night. The room had a view of the neighboring building trash collection area and parking garage. Delivery vechiles came and went 24/7. Cars in the parking garage was very noisy. There are only 2 elevators for 12 floors. You are left waiting forever. The whole second check in desk to get your parking pass is just them trying to solicit you while holding you hostage. The pool slide for the kids is the only reason we chose to stay here. Will not return.

Our suite was wonderful and service was great. This is our second time here and hope to visit again next summer.

The pool and grilling areas were always clean, well maintained, and readily available, making them a great place to relax with the family. What truly made our stay stand out was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. We especially appreciated receiving a daily text from the front desk checking in to see how our day was going and asking if we needed anything. That thoughtful gesture made us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend the Daytona Beach Regency to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly place to stay!

Everything was nice, room clean, staff was very helpful

The staff was amazing and also helped me with a booking conflict. I would definitely be returning.

The elevator was not working. My husband had mobility issues and this was our biggest issue.

The underground parking was a great benefit.

The hotel was good after talking to someone I was able to get things straighten out. My room was clean just a few minor things such as the bed was almost on the floor (low). The floor was clean just sticky. Cell phone issues due to the area. Really know what to make sure I ask for next visit. Still good to stay.

Trevor was awesome helped out allot and he was really friendly.
