Spacious and clean. It was VERY loud at night. Sleep is not an option until at least 2am on weekends. The outside ruckus sounds like it is inside the room. A fan or white noise option would be helpful. Also…the TV’s are not “smart”. Watching a movie at night is not an option unless one happens to be on tv. Other Hilton resorts are either internet ready or offer dvds.

Everything was great. The hotel just needs an on-site store.

Clean rooms, great location. The elevators were too slow, the view off my balcony was in front of a trash dumpster and I didn't like the noise from the construction.

I have stayed at this resort probably 25 times over the past couple of years, and it had been one of my favorite getaways. However, after this past stay, I will have to reevaluate whether I would ever want to stay there again. I am okay with the construction, because I realize that they need to maintain as well as improve their property. My problem was with my room and how well maintained and functional it was or wasn't. The room I had is in need of plumbing and technology updates. I should have complained to the staff about my room because they were very friendly, but instead I just sucked it up and vowed never to let them put me in that room again. There are much better accommodations to be had at Daytona Beach than this resort.

Location was great, in town for race and stayed the week after, was very quiet on the beach and surrounding area. Little noisy from ongoing construction but didn’t interrupt our stay one bit.

We've been going to Daytona Beach, Florida. For about 15 years now and a few years back, a friend of ours stayed there. And it was nice, so we ended up staying there. The staff was nice. The rooms are clean. The Pole is nice. The views are nice. They were doing construction this year, but I didn't mind. Because we spent it on the beach which is beautiful

Our room had a terrible chemical odor that was unbearable. We were there for a quick trip for a funeral so didn’t have time to deal with room switching. Our TV didn’t work and same… no time to deal with it and worst of all during a hard rain the window was leaking…water was pouring in. Again it was late at night and couldn’t deal with it. The property was otherwise nice. The pool and beach access was also nice. The rooms need help.
