Staff was great. But The whole place needs an over haul. Our bathroom was gross with rusted tub, mildew in grout, toilet cracked. Wall paper coming off wall. AC leaking all over floor. Felt like we were at a 2 star hotel, not a Hilton.

There was a wedding the weekend we stayed so lots of movement lots of people. The room wasn’t bad, but the AC barely worked and the room was very hot.

I really liked this hotel. I was so nervous about parking. I drove around the block 3 times and finally just asked them to valet my rental for me. They quickly got my car taken care of and we were able to check in and hit the pool within 10 mins! We had an oceanview room on the 12th floor and the sunrise this morning was 10/10. The Breakfast buffet was great! Soooo many options compared to other hotels i have visited. Everyone was so friendly. On our way out, while waiting for our car one of the workers grabbed our bags and loaded our car for us. Super nice! I would definitely stay here if we venture back this way, again!

The staff was very nice from bell men, front desk and housekeeping. Major backup with valet not enough room . The location cannot get any better however way past due from makeover lots of rips and tears pools are need of a refurbish beddings and towels past their prime.

Best Vacay Ever

to watch the 4th of July fireworks on it! Could have Saved the Money!!!!!

Out dated and for the resort fee of things not used was ridiculous.

Upon arriving the Air conditioner was working for about a half hour in the meantime being in the room the Air conditioner stopped working. Numerous times management were told and the technician came to fix the air conditioner and again it broke down. No refund No accommodation was provided. On the same note, before even showering there was hair all over the bathroom walls in the shower. Again all they did was provide housekeeping to clean the bathroom. The view was amazing. We had ocean view which was beautiful since we stood for Fourth of July weekend and we the best view for the fireworks. Overall the stay was decent, a lot to eat and enjoy the time being.

Valet parking staff very friendly eager to assist fast although hotel parking is to expensive also resort fees are ridiculous hardware valves behind toilets are rusting need replacing TV'S need to be updated need more handicapped accessible entrance to beach other to many fees

Condition of hotel was terrible. Room was dirty and the bathroom was atrocious. Don't recommend at all. When staff was questioned about hotel conditions the response was we are going to remodel. Well Hotel .com should also be aware of these conditions and advise their customers

Really the only issue I had is that the building and the insides are a bit dated. Everything else is pretty good. We had furniture that was so old and it had tears.

My family and I came in for a last minute weekend trip. The property was ok..the rooms needs updating. Bathroom light was flashing and my husband had to unscrew the bulb to get it to stop. No hairdryer in the room and when I called to have one brought up it took forever..we just borrowed one from the next room as they weren’t needing it. The bellhop, I think his name was Mick was great though.
