Comfort Inn & Suites Daytona Beach Oceanfront

Started off rough, limited parking, small elevator spaces, a room. However, the breakfast, pool cleanliness, and staff was great everything balanced out

Overall our experience was very good. The rooms were clean and any issues we had were delt with right away. The breakfast was good. Great spot on the beach and close to many shops and restaurants.

The room was clean; however, there were SO many bugs (on the floor, in the bed, on the wall). We had a blocked group and several complained amongst each other regarding the bug situation. During a rainstorm, 2 of our rooms started flooding. When asked about receiving new and clean towels, staff was rude and stated they didn't have any. Fortunately, some were located and dropped off to our room.

Rooms were nice and comfortable. Convenience to the beach and stores. Staff was friendly The parking was horrible. You had to pay to park and there was not enough parking for the hotel. If someone parked across from you, it was very hard to get out without hitting something. I also did not like that it was hard to grab and slide the bathroom door, could use a knob. Maybe need to buy more towels as there was a shortage.

When the reservation was made a photo of the room shown looked like an ocean front view. Instead the room was a side ocean view. The staff said that was not the hotels fault and it happens when booked through a third party. I guess Expedia needs to not deceive their customers. It was the first time I ever used them. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The toilet was wobbly and the toilet seat was coming off. Not sure if the one side of the toilet seat was broke or just needed tightening. The safe in the room did not work and the door stayed open so it blocked the opening to the one side of the closet; you have to close the safe door by entering the other side of the closet. Paying attention to small details can make a world of difference.

The front desk lady was terrible ATTTIUDE wasn’t called for and they charge $17 a day to park I’ve never heard of that crap and the elevators are too small only holds about 4 ppl at a time I won’t n going back and there were dirty linen left on our bed had to get another room

You get what you pay for. The employees were amazing throughout our stay but the property definitely needs an upgrade or two. This is the worst bathroom I’ve ever used at a hotel. The floor stays soaked by the shower. I enjoyed the closeness to the beach and that was definitely worth the price.

Nicole and Brandi were awesome at the front desk. All the staff were pleasant with greetings when passing them in the halls and/or elevators. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I love this property! It's a great location...it is right by the boardwalk and pier! The food truck is parked beside the hotel everyday too! I like the part of the hotel that is indoors. There are rooms that are only assessable from the outside of the building.

Everything was wonderful we'll stay again But I didn't like there's not enough parking spots

Pool was filthy but I heard it was repaired otherwise I love my stay

I loved my ocean view balcony very amazing . Staff were friendly . I feel like the rooms could’ve had a bit more cleanup since they had hair pieces in the bathroom drawer . Also you should watch out for the door on room 809,because when we would scan to get in and to open the door the whole box area was like wobbly and look like it could come off which cause concern when we had to keep making sure if the door is lock every time we left but I’m not sure if that’s just how most of them are . I get paying to park since its limited space but at the same time if people are spending money like that they should have some type of security like others then it would be worth the stay and money.

LOCATION WAS NICE VERY CLOSE TO THE BOARDWALK THE BEDS WERE SO BAD. NO HOUSE KEEPING ALL 3 DAYS WE WAS THERE. AND THE WIFI DIDNT WORK. SO OF COURSE NO TV BECAUSE OF IT. ELEVATORS WERE VERY SLOW. LONG WAIT TO USE THEM AND THE HOTEL WASNT EVEN BUSY
