Streamline Hotel

Coffee wagon outside the hotel was amazing.

We have been going to the streamline for several years now and never had any issues. This time was much different. We had No Hot Water! The first day when we realized it, we were told to run the water for 10 minutes or so. 2nd day we were told that the water heater went out and someone is coming to fix it the next day. 3rd day, still no water. We were then told we can take a shower across the street at one of their other properties. Very inconvenient. 4th day, still no water. Was offered full refundvbut we would have to leave then even though we still had one more night. Then they said if we stayed the rest of the time we can get 30% of our money back. At check out they confirmed that we would get the refund within 2-5 business days. We still haven't received any payment.

My stay was amazing. The staff was friendly. The place was clean, easy access to the rooms and the perfect neighborhood with many restaurants, the beach and the Bandshell I will be back on my next Daytona Beach adventure

The water would not get hot. The door frame to the room was broke. The sheets were dirty. The restaurant was not open for the grand opening

The location is great near the beach. However, the room is very dusty, causing coughing. Their parking lot next to the hotel is small, so guests may need to use their extra parking lot across the street. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant inside the hotel serving Vietnamese food.

Booked hotel room here for a king bed and beach view and couldn't have been more disappointed The room #109 was an end unit in the split-level basement. You actually had to exit into the stairwell to access it. I don't think it was originally meant to be a room to sleep in. It looked like a jail cell and smelled of mold. I think the pictures provided in the listing online are actually the sister hotel across the street. The room I was given looked nothing like what I signed up for. The bathroom was very small and there was hair all over the shower stall. The noise was awful. Hotel patrons kept getting locked into the stairwell that the room is located in and would scream help/rape, eventually forcefully exiting through the fire door, making the sirens go off all night while slamming the door open and shut. This literally went on all night, both nights I stayed here. The 4th floor AC unit is located outside the split-level window and was in disrepair, so it made awful noise all night as well. I understand this location is on the strip, and noise should be expected but my room was located in a basement and all the issues came from inside the hotel. If my room was refundable, I would have stayed somewhere else. Very disappointing, is the nicest thing I can say about this facility.

Dirty room, hair in the bathroom. Food was terrible, wings still frozen. Dont stay on the 4th floor unless you want to be up all night from the music pounding through the ceiling from the rooftop bar. No parking in main lot you need to park in the knee high grass lot around the corner. Coffee was cold at the tiki bar out front. AC in the room blew out hot air. Won’t be revisiting this place again.

Never comes to this hotel it’s ugly and dirty staff doesn’t help on anything.

We waited for quite some time for someone to be available for check in. Then the room was not clean. It smelled musty, literal hair balls rolled out from behind the bathroom door when it was closed, and there was NO hot water. We couldn’t find any other available rooms as we checked in late in the evening so we had to stay the night. Once again we had to wait for someone to come to the counter so we could check out. When we advised we wouldn’t be staying they replied “I put in the cancellation. Discuss the refund with the third party”. I contacted Expedia and they were very helpful. The only good thing about the entire interaction is that they did refund most of the cost of the nights we didn’t stay.

Always amazing service every time I come here very clean. Also, make sure to bring $100 cash that will be the whole. They will give you the cash back at the end. You don’t have to wait on them to deposit it back on the card.

Staff didn't tell us about overflow parking and it was storming out and didn't know where to park. Ac went out no one answered at front desk or maintenance couldn't get any help, 3 flat pillows for 2 people again couldn't get ahold of anyone for help checked out at 4am and went somewhere else...

What you pay for and the room didn’t match . I know the location of it was really good . Walking distance from the beach But the walls in the bathroom were chipped. The dresser was chipped as well the fridge was dirty. Under the bed and drawers were dusty A plus was The bed was clean For it being the historic place there is a certain way the facility should be and it didn’t match the vintage historic look.

Staff, the place excellent everything very nice and clean, and everything close to the place.

That being said - there were no microwaves or any way to make your own food, no breakfast options, or vending machines. As people who generally make our own food when we travel if we would have known in advance there weren’t any options for it we probably would not have stayed here. The pool was green so swimming wasn’t an option. The walls were very thin and we could hear the people in the next room very clearly. It was okay for an impromptu one night stay in Daytona but next time we’ll probably stay at one of our regular places in Ormond instead.
