The staff at the front desk was very friendly. A nice touch to give you a coupon for a free sangria as a welcome gesture. The water in the shower did not drain properly. It took longer than expected it.

I have not never stayed at a resort before and I must say I was blown away about everything gave me thoughts of great wedding venue and More. Everything was amazing no complaints what so ever

Noise from the street was nonstop. The carpet in the room was damp and in front of the ac unit it was wet. Bathroom was very small. Elevators took for ever. Parking was to cramped when you didn’t use valet. I will not return again.

Didn’t eat at there dining due to the fact the guest front counter check in they were rude! Told them we booked through Booking .com an was told it’s a 3rd party you still have to pay for taxes parking and amenities. I said I’m being double charged they said to look further into booking with 3rd parties. Payed extra for a room with “ocean view “ told the front counter this. Got to our room it was a slim parcial view also no maid service was told needed to give 24 hour notice which we we not told this either but front check in. It was our 25th wedding anniversary an just wanted a good time. Only helpful people there was the maintenance man.

Everything went fine. but somebody for the hotel tried to get in the room at night. Then the next morning too. They don't have the hanging signs to put do no disturb

it was great view but I was instantly charged 400 dollars as soon as I get there it was great just have an extra 500 jut for fees and parking

it was clean and ocean views you charge for parking, won’t cooler at the pool but charged three times the amount for a drinkBarging in to ask when you’re leaving when you still have three days left

The facility was very nice - the additional charges; spa, etc., where unnecessary in my opinion. Prices of food were outrageous, and auto adding gratuity certainly costs your employees where I was concerned.

The bar nd DJ.....we danced nd we had a really great time.the food was good as well I was satisfied I really don't have a complaint

Not strict, Free Sangria, Luxurious place, parking fee is crazy, 404 bathroom needs updating & better cleaning, far walk to vehicle, Philly cheese steak was SALTY & tasted very fake and has yellows chewed vs white, Pretzel was OLD and tough/chewy to eat

Nice room, very impressive hotel. Close to beach. I got room that was beach view, but it was on the side, so youre looking at the room on a 455 degree angle. Not what I wanted. I wanted a room facing the beach. Didnt complain about it, but it wasnt what I expected.

$12 per room "key band" and a $100 incidental, which is returned. They charge $25 for valet, which gives you a parking garage, or $15 to park yourself, on the other side of the hotel (2 blocks), with barely any security, in an oceanfront lot. From this self parking lot, you enter their "meeting rooms" area, there are no luggage carts, up the 15 stairs, to walk the 2 blocks of empty large rooms, down 3 stairs, past the check in lobby, to the elevator. So, on top of the room charge, that is $12 per room key band, $100 incidental and $15 - $25 parking fee, then taxes on all of those things. The balcony door has a ledge of about 5 inches, which if you trip, not too hard to fall over the edge. The balcony is around 6 feet long, 2.5 feet wide?? 2 chairs and a table can fit barely with the A/C unit drainage, which wasn't actually hooked up properly. Speaking of the chairs, table and entire balcony, needs to be painted from storms, being on the ocean, and ash stains from smokers sneaking .. $250 cleaning fee if your caught, not sure what that money is cleaning but it isn't the balcony.. We were on the 9th floor for 1 night, the sprinkler head in the main hallway was leaking the entire stay. It was dripping into a trash can.. for our entire stay. We will get back to that. You get a "kitchenette", with a micro bathroom styled sink. Tons of cabinets, which are completely empty. No dishes, silverware or glasses are provided. When we showered, the shampoo and body wash were already empty. We called once for those, housekeeping came with shampoo and conditioner, no body wash.

Hotel has been upgraded. I had a Double Queen Suite with Oceanview. The room is extremely large and has a mini-fridge and microwave. Beds were comfy. The hallways smelled great. Upon check-in, they provide a complimentary drink card for a sangria, which was fairly decent. The pool is heated and stays open fairly late for those who prefer to swim after the kids have gone to bed. If you've heard the ghost stories and are a little hesitant about staying, I'd glad to report, I saw no supernatural experiences or felt any weird energy while there. Bathrooms are small so if you're like me and like to set up toiletries up on the counter for easy access, think again if traveling with more than 1 person. There's no counter space really, just small glass shelves over the toilet. Not enough places to hang your wet towels/washcloths. Wristbands for entry always gave me an issue on the elevator. Really small things that wouldn't effect my rating. Self parking is open lot connected to the building so save your money on valet. I bought it because they didn't give a better depiction on the distance. There's no full length mirrors. Fee for self parking didn't make sense since I'm parking to stay at their establishment.
