Loved it

Stay was nice property quiet clean need some updating. We called the number to get towels washcloths no one answered until Monday so we end up going out buying washcloths and towels for our family. Other than that not too bad but for the price it should be better.

Great location with direct access to the beach. We stayed in a "loft" room which was a 2nd floor studio with a small kitchen, complete with all we needed to make breakfast & lunch in our room. The bed & the bathroom were really nice but there wasn't much space on bathroom counter & a couple of hooks were needed in bathroom. The bath towels were big & fluffy & nice beach towels were provided. Above average shampoo, conditioner, soap & lotion were provided as well as cotton swabs, makeup remover, etc. The TV was a bit tricky to use until we asked for directions. This is a small establishment; there is no front desk. We got our room key from a lock box & left the key in the unit at checkout. Staff could be contacted by text (with fast responses). The units are different sizes. There are only 10 or 11 units & only 2 floors - with no elevator. Parking lot is tight when all rooms are filled. The pool was nice but the chairs were not very comfortable (hard). However, there were beach set ups available for a reasonable price. Lifeguard stand & food truck were also present on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay in this quiet beach retreat.

Very friendly, welcoming staff! Loved the location, proximity and view to beach - could walk barefoot to the shores!! Spacious room, clean, and a full kitchen - so my breakfast was great - could prepare my own!! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting privacy, space, beauty and nature - with outdoor decks/patio/pool. just a sma. note - place is not updated so if looking for current/stylish decor this is prob. not for you. Could use some renovation - but I realize that may mean increase in price.

Everything was great, didn't see an iron for the ironing board and the light for the shower was out but overall it was a great stay. Extremely comfortable bed and loved the amenities. I would have to stay in the cottage again. Loved the beach acess. Lots of places to sit

Absolutely excellent location right on the water. Clean pool, beautiful room with very cute decor. Small resort feel in the middle of larger crowded hotels. Highly recommend if you want peace and quiet for your visit

The location was fabulous. Easy to find off the 95. Right on the beach. We mostly drove in our vehicle to places, but some could walk if they wanted to. Dollar General and Publix Grocery store near by. It appears an Aldi Grocery will be opening soon across the street. The parking lot is steps away from your room. Some have stairs. We stayed at the beach Cabana on the ground floor. There was really nothing not to like. Katie the host was friendly and accommodating. We had everything needed for our 4 day stay. If you like wine bring your own Plastic glasses!

Quaint little place in a great location. Can't wait to return.

Everything was in tip-top shape and excelled in all areas a review would ask about. If in Daytona again, will definitely stay at Organic Beach Retreat.

The view from the room was fabulous ----direct view of beach and ocean. The room itself was fine---large studio room with king bed, kitchen with full fridge/freezer, two electric burners, and plentiful counter space. The furniture seemed a bit mismatched---the table and two chairs had a tablecloth on it that didn't match other decor, such as the tropical couch next to the bed. There was wallpaper (? or some kind of paper design) on the headboard, which also didn't match anything else. It seemed as though there was no consistent theme or color palette. Not a huge deal, but it made the space feel less welcoming than it could have been. While the room was generally clean, there were some stains on the mattress. I always check these things when traveling! There were also some towels that had very minor stains on them as well as some frayed and ripping areas. The slider door lock was broken and thus was secured with a PVC pipe in the door! This was concerning! The screen slide also needed to be repaired as it was off the track.
