We were not able to get ahold of the staff when we had an issue woth parking due to someone taking multiple spots

The staff was extra accommodating after my son and I unfortunately got food poisoning. They were so kind and even offered to bring us ginger ale when I asked for extra towels. The customer service was excellent in helping us extend our stay. We would definitely book again for the price for the service alone.

We had an ocean view in front and a nice view of the neighborhood from a large balcony in the back. Vicki is awesome and was available to assist with any questions you may have. All in all it felt like home and parking was free and ample.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I arrived earlier than anticipated and they let me check in early.

We had the room with the full kitchen and let me tell you.... This place is wonderful! It's clean, there are beautiful views. The pics are the views from the front and private patio. You can tell the owner and staff care about the details and they are professional and friendly. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen comes stocked with utensils. Love the pots and pan set! We will be making this our regular mental health retreat. Autism approved 💜

I had a great stay at Studio 1 Motel. Right across from the beach and was a nice room. However the only thing I did not like were the bugs in the room. I totally understand it’s Florida but it just got to be a lot killing multiple bugs each day. Other than that it was fantastic!!

Bed sheets should be clean properly.

This is definitely a no frills motel. However, The room itself was clean, the beds comfortable, the view amazing, the water pressure in the shower was awesome and the beach just a quick walk right across the street. We did have some trouble with getting our code to get into the room but we messaged the after hours emergency contact number and they messaged back right away and we were able to get in. I would definitely stay here again!

The outside could be cleaner but nice room for older property

The room was nice and clean for the price and last minute booking property was maintained well was in a good spot for us close to stores as well the beach I can see myself staying here again

Loved having the kitchen. A quick trip for groceries saved me loads of $$ over the week.

Right across from beach easy access. Room was not ready at check in time toilet did not work properly, ask to have it fixed never got fixed. The phone number on the contract on booking.com was no longer a valid number. And all 3 of our rooms the keypads did not work properly had to enter code multiple times to get it to work.

Pros: Great view with close beach access.. Comfortable beds.. Great location in general.. Cons: Never got a check in email 24 hours prior with instructions as states on Expedia or door code.. The door code was suppose to be the last 4 of the phone number (it wasn't) it was the door number.. Locks on the door was misaligned and couldn't lock the door at night.. Chain lock inside was held on by 2 loose screws,, Tv didn't work.. Floors was dirty with a lot of hair.. There was a sign in the cabinet saying there was utensils there was no utensils.. Refrigerator didn't cool properly.. 2 towels for 4 people.. No laundry service as pictures showed.. Entertaining area deck was piled high with junk.. Roaches, Roaches, Roaches.. Long story short, finally got management to answer the door ring camera, she never checked our Id's or what vehicle we was in and she finally yelled out the code for all to hear around us leaving us worried every time we would leave thinking someone was going to enter the code they heard and steal our belongings. Took 3 days to get the tv replaced, she said the one that didn't work was a new tv.(not my problem, it didn't work) and the locks on the door fixed, the gentleman was polite that fixed them an his wife was very nice and got us more towels and washed a couple loads of clothes for us.. I emailed, Texted, Called many times and finally on the 3rd day there was a response. Do NOT stay here!.

Room was very nice and well maintained. The water pressure was the best I have ever had at a hotel before. Staff was super nice and helpful! Just wish it would have had a washer dryer available as well as ice machine. Spent a lot of time on the very nice beach across the street. Definitely recommend
