Great value, hidden gem. Very clean! Would def stay there again. Internet was spotty on TV

I'm allergic to cigarette smoke so didn't enjoy all the people outside smoking. When I first got there there was a dog barking for two hours straight. but finally someone got a hold of the person I guess I don't know and it finally stopped ,and to be fair it didn't resume .. it is a pet friendly establishment. have nothing against that. I'm not a big fan of very very soft beds. the manager did allow me to change rooms when I first got there as I just didn't get very good vibes from the first one he showed me..

I stayed for almost 2 weeks and within the 2 weeks I had no problems. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful the

Room was very clean. Whole property could look slightly better but I was thrilled with my stay. Love the public beach access points across the street.

Location wasn't as close as I wanted to where I was going but that was meand what I was doing

Came down for labor day weekend and had a wonderful time. Very clean, good views, and great hospitality. Great budget choice would book again!

Bad part put a deposit on the room when I booked it. Then got charged for the full amount for the room after check in and haven't got a refund for being charged for 3 weekend nights and one week night rates. Only stayed 3 nights not 4. Booking was for 3 nights only. Not happy at all about this.

Very clean, spacious room with a complete kitchen, and an excellent property location adjacent to the beach. With no on-site front desk, live person (all communication was electronic), interaction was a bit problematic. However, we would keep Studio 1 as a prime motel choice for our Daytona Beach Shores visits.

Close to track No towels or toilet paper in room upon arrival. Reported to # provided and items brought to room in about 25 minutes.

Le staff est très disponible, parking gratuit, chambre spacieuse avec balcon privatif à l'arrière qui donne sur un superbe quartier résidentiel. Le check in pourrait être amélioré pour les résidents européens car je n'ai pas reçu le SMS avec le code d'entrée dans la chambre (vite réglé par le staff). Je conseille vraiment le Studio One Motel !

The room was spotlessly clean and smelled great. allowed us to book another night on the spot. The beach access is literally across the street. Could have used a couple more towels, or a housekeeping visit, but it was still good.

Price Non existent staff and ghetto people

The location is amazing! The beach is across the road and we were in an upstairs unit so each morning, we had the view of the sunrise over the water. Everything we wanted to do on this trip was within a short distance. The staff...I can't say enough. The property manager, Angie, was available no matter the hour I messaged her whether for towels or trash bags, her responses were always prompt and helpful. The on-site gentleman, Charles, was a wonderful bonus to our stay. I promise you, he was visible on-site for 90% of our stay, no matter the hour. We felt cared for and safe knowing he was on the property. As for safety, I was traveling with a small child and we never felt unsafe. Overall, we will definitely stay here again when back in the area. Location, location, location AND the people are the reason for the return but the comfort of the room and the stress free memories for a child is what will be the winning reason for return. We did not even stay !!! There was a moving truck I front of building and no one in the office when I arrived with my son . Some guy with no shirt told us he worked there and said the manager would call us. I did not feel safe there!! We never stayed went across the street to stay. Could not cancel !! booking.com tried to get in touch with property also but could not !! They still charged me!! Do not go !! Looks like people living there it’s not a motel !!
