Shower water would was not warm enough

The max is a very nice place to visit. However when you have more than 2 ppl checking in you would think they would give you more than 2 towels for 6 ppl...Damian at the front desk was so nice and helpful...we had to contact him several times for towels and toilet paper. He was so nice and friendly. I think they need to shampoo the carpets as ppl come in from the pool and the beach and of everyone walks on the carpet barefoot which is expected so the rooms with carpet had a mildew mold kinda smell...the pressure in the guest bathroom not the master was terrible. But other than those issues I would visit again! Mr.Henry and Damian thank you for being such nice people and the lady with the long ponytail I didn't get her name she was nice too! Staff is great which will make me come back again and again! And I love the fact that you have to use your arm band to get into the garage! Oh and one more thing the fan in the master bedroom could not be adjusted thankfully I brought my own personal fan to use while sleeping! Overall it's a nice place to stay! Just get extra towels and toilet paper before going up to your room!!!

Beautiful They staff was sort of friendly.

Location & amenities Have stayed 2 other times & rooms were immaculate. This stay the room had an odor (wet rug smell) & wasn’t as clean as the other times. Still a nice place.

I have No Complaints. Everything was Great

You could walk right out to the beach We booked complete ocean view but when we checked in it was more of a city/ ocean view not exactly what we booked. The room was supposed been on 4th floor according to the email I got but they put us on a higher floor which that part was ok and woulda been better if it was full ocean view like I booked. The bathroom light switch had black tape over it, quiet a bit of hair on the bathroom floor

Great location. Beautiful large room overlooking the beach. Very clean and very friendly staff. This was my second time staying here in the last two years and would definitely come back again.

The resortand room was spectacular and the staff was amazing and the bar was fantastic restaurant food at the resort was wonderful we really enjoyed and will come back.

Room was clean, Beach view was great, overall great place.

The staff was very personable and helped with any requests that I had. The rooms were clean and having a kitchen in the room was very beneficial and convenient. My only recommendation would be to consider cleaning the pool more frequently during busy holiday weekends, as it gets quite a bit of use.

Great resort style hotel. The rooms are super spacious as well as the kitchen. The staff were incredibly friendly. The bar and restaurant door were good considering. Will definitely consider Max Beach resort in the future.

I didn’t like that we had an issue with a television. They sent a maintenance worker to fix. He was very rude and didn’t solve the problem. The next day they sent Brian who was very nice and fixed the problem by replacing the television
