The Beach House Inn

Nothing like the pictures! It was very dirty!! I wiped the table with a clorox wipe and the wipe was black with 1 pass then when I notified the front desk although nice they still made excuses of maybe it was paint from the table?! We loaded our stuff after an hour of being there and being watched the entire time by the sketchy people whom we assume live there and left for another hotel we booked down the street. Please don't waste your money on this place!!!

From the moment we arrived, our stay was amazing! Check-in was smooth, and Isabella went above and beyond by getting us checked in a couple of hours early. She even offered to help us carry our things to the room, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I've honestly never had someone be that kind and welcoming during check-in. She alone makes me want to come back!The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We also had the perfect view, which made our stay even better. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. 10/10—I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The parking is a little tight but worked. The room was clean. The doors could use a little paint. The ac was cold. The kitchen was adequate. The frig. Worked well. TV had lots of channels. The new pool and spa plaster and tile, grout and equipment were great. The view great. Access to the beach great. Food options were close and good.

The beach view was beautiful

We went on a group vacation with 3 rooms reserved. We went into our rooms to check them out. My room smelled like straight bleach which I was hoping that meant it was clean. The floors were slippery from the bleach, the shower/tub had stains in it (which I was ready to wear my flip flops in) and when we pulled back the comforter you could see the stains on the mattress cover through the top sheet. The 2nd room bed sheets had stains all over them. Almost looked like bodily fluids. And the 3rd room we found bugs on the mattress that looked like dead bed bugs but the staff insisted they were ants. Either way there should NOT be any bugs in the bed! Then when we went in to ask for a refund because we would not stay there…. We were told to call hotels.com to get our refund. When we spoke the hotels.com, they were trying to contact the hotel to verify we were cancelling the reservation but would not answer the phone at first and then said the manager was not available and would not verify the cancellations. 2 of the reservations in my party had to go in to the front desk to insist on getting their refunds in which they finally agreed and refunded their money. By the time I went in, the female staff member at the front desk had a very bad attitude and did not want to refund my room and said mine room wasn’t that dirty. After having a few words and told her I was not staying in the dirty room nor by myself, she refunded my money and we were out of there. 0/10 and very disappointed!

Rooms need to be updated. We had a bad roaches other than that. It was a nice place.

The hotel looks ghetto , we had booked 3 different rooms, one had bed bugs in it & the other two where filthy the sheets looked like someone pee & pooped on them . Then the manager ( or i think she was the manager) was rude & her front desk worker was also rude. Do not recommend staying here at all .

Great location, felt peaceful, observed safety precautions surrounding , comfortable the room/ good cleaning, utility in the room good, other guests respectful ( family- kids- a pet). Thanks I observed the pool in the morning need a cleaning. I understand guess use but a little hands on the morning . Thanks.

We got the room with the back patio on the first floor. It was awesome, overlooking the pool, which overlooked the beach even had the bar right next to our patio Older hotel but we didn’t mind

The rooms were quiet. It was right on the beach Parking was a bit odd... Requiring back in parking when the spaces are angled a different way. The stairwell was only about 28" wide so carrying a suitcase up was difficult. The door to the room had either ketchup or blood smeared on it on the bottom corner and the door was filthy. The railings along the walkway and stairs were nasty. I laid the bath mat on the floor to shower and it was stained with dirt or was still dirty. The pedestal for the sink had black dirt built up around the base at the floor with an empty toilet paper roll behind it. The mini fridge vibrated severely and the microwave that was bolted to the top made this horrible rattle noise. The paver pool deck was never cleaned daily so the same cigarette butts laid around the entire stay. The ice maker broke our first day of a 4 day stay. There were people who lived in the two bottom units nearest the hot tub and they brought their dogs into the pool deck when the signs said no pets and they allowed them to use the bathroom around the table and umbrellas in the grass. And after all this they have the audacity to put a $50 hold on a CC for incidentals. I know it's a budget hotel but they need to do better. I had originally booked a private patio room on the first floor which was unavailable due to maintenance issues and was never offered a small discount for the hassle of changing rooms. Last but not least the photos here on booking shows kitchenettes in some rooms and I was told that none of their rooms have kitchenettes

The only endearing thing was the guy at the counter I left after 30 minutes and got a room somewhere else because the door wouldn't even lock and I didn't feel safe. They had loud music playing in the parking lot and there was a guy passed out on the back of the car beside my car. Like I didn't even unpack my bag and they didn't give me my money back

Location was perfect Pictures need to match website. Your pictures make it seem nicer than what it is. Feel catfished. Website said no pets but our two neighbors had dogs…

The bed was so comfy, and our room was very clean! Parking was scarce.
