The staff was terrible, very rude unfriendly and downright sarcastic towards us. Will never return there. I will not recommend it to anyone.

THE WORST experience I’ve ever had going to Daytona. First time not staying at a well known hotel on the shore. Had German Roaches in the room( which if you don’t know they infest, and I would be taking them home as a souvenir if i stayed any longer) , my boyfriend went to politely ask what steps we can take to get this fixed & the overnight women at the front desk made a nasty face & told him he could simply leave and he didn’t have to stay here. I went downstairs since the women called the room & asked me to come down, she acted like she was willing to switch the room & while my boyfriend was going to the car, she made another very nasty remark & as he went to respond she said she was calling the police. It ended with us being criminally trespassed & escorted out by police at 3am, she wouldn’t refund me for the nights with roaches.. had to sleep in our car all because we had German roaches & decided to say something about it. DO NOT STAY HERE. Even the dingiest motel would probably have better customer service & cleaner. Bathrooms dirty, floor dirty, lobby was clean, no essentials available for purchase, no bar, no breakfast, cheap coffee.

liked everything the only thing that needs improving is the size of the hot tub and the pool could have been a little warmer. Would also really have loved a restaurant option on the premises

They need better housekeeping There was a stain on the bedding upon checking in on our first day ..the tv remote was dusty the toilet paper was extremely cheap, the water pressure was not very great and other then the check in lady who was friendly the rest of the staff was kind of rude with jokes or directions treating us poorly(night shift guy) but I will say the view was beautiful but don’t think I’d ever stay here again on a special occasion.

The room was clean having a full kitchen was very nice and the views of the beach were amazing. The only unfortunate part was the weather during our stay, but that had nothing to do with the property. Obviously, we would 100% stay there again.

Be prepared to take care of yourself. Parking on premises is limited. You may have to park across the street. Chairs and an umbrella can be rented at an expense. It's a bit high. You will also have to keep them with you and set up. We had do get our dolly ourselves from the stairwell. Restaurant lists are in a drawer that you have to know they are there. People at the front desk need to be more accommodating to guests. Not everyone is from Daytona, Florida or the states. They really need to let guests know what is around for food in the area and entertainment. Customer service goes a long way for repeat customers.

I like the layout of rooms

The Nautilus Inn was a great stay in Daytona well worth the price. It was very well-kept and clean and looks newly renovated. Staff were professional and friendly and the room was a phenomenal value for having a full kitchen, balcony with great ocean view, and extra seating with table and chairs and another comfy chair. Walls seem thick so you don't hear other guests. Not seedy or icky like some Daytona spots can be. I would highly recommend this spot for your next stay!

Explained to the lady our situation. She was very kind. Found us a room and only charged us an additional $40. The room was clean. The shower was great. Highly recommend This hotel

I plan on continuing to travel to the area and I’ll keep staying here instead of my usual hotel. Checked in early without a fee, asked for a high floor and they were able to accommodate, and it was quiet.
