HORRIBLE experience! My wife has a service animal card due to her epilepsy. We checked in and showed the card, the front desk clerk made a copy and checked us in. The following morning at 9am the Manager called my room to ask what duties does the service animal perform and what was the disability! I explained that if a my wife has a seizure he will protect her and bark for help. I also explained that she carries a safety alert necklace and he's trained to use his paws to alert 911. After explaining she said everything was fine. The very next morning as we were leaving the hotel for lunch the front desk abruptly stop us and said that pets were not allowed and I explained that I had already talked with the manager. They still wouldn't take my word until the confirmed. So now twice I've been confronted. Now it's my second day there and my key doesn't work so my wife goes to the front desk to re-do the key and they start asking her about her service animal for the third time and the problem is she doesn't speak English and they become rude and aggressive with her saying we can't have a pet. So at this point she's being harassed! I finally get to my boiling point and confronted the staff because at this point I've become irate for the hotel not documenting that we have a service animal and being harassed every time we go pass them. I abruptly left the hotel because of the constant harassment I encountered by the hotel staff and management! This should of NEVER happened!

I Extremely liked the Staff they were very welcoming and very Helpful from the beginning to the end of my stay , Cleanliness, My room was Clean & Spacious, Beautiful Ocean View, easy access to the beach, the Balcony was Amazing and the Court Yard was beautiful Especially at Night ! Will Definitely Be Returning For Another Stay oh And last but certainly not least The Price Was Right 🙌

The staff was kind and helpful at check-in. Our room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen was an added plus and had just what we needed for our 2 night stay. We enjoy traveling to Daytona Beach every few years for a quick getaway and will keep this hotel at the top of our list for next time.

The overall stay was okay. The ladies at the front desk are really nice but the hotel is much nicer online than it is in person. The condensation from the room above you leak onto the balcony which is annoying and the bathrooms need a remodel.

A real diamond. We got the partial beach view and it was amazing! The room felt like a little apartment, the beach was just out the back door and parking was easy. I had worried about parking a lot when I was picking my hotel, but they have an empty overflow lot across the street, but there was always a spot at the hotel.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Everything was good with the exception of the free breakfast. They provide coffee and muffins. The sheets felt horrible. Other than that it was a good stay.

Had an issue at check in because I booked my son his own room but he does not have a credit card. After some back and forth the front desk staff let me out my card on my sons name.

We arrived early and Penne at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She gave us a key to be able to use the pool and beach while we waited. This is our second time here and they have become our go to place in Daytona! They are very accommodating to us and my wife's Military Service dog.

Nautilus is a very well kept and maintained property. I would consider making reservations with this establishment if in the area again.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating here and the rooms are nice and renovated. Great location, close to everything! Highly recommend!

The staff were excellent! Friendly, courteous, helpful, and responsive. Relaxing view of the ocean and beach from the room's balcony. Easy walkout right onto the beach.

Everything was great with the exception of the hot tub not working the whole week which was very disappointing and one of the reasons we picked this property.

This property was excellent...end to end...and definitely lived up to the positive reviews and ratings of other guests. From the great room to the pool area and beach, this place is a great place to stay on Daytona Beach. I highly recommend it!
