Breakfast was a cold cereal everything was nice except the clerk was very rude not helpful at all you have to park 2 blocks away
-
It's right off of main Street, so you can walk out and be at a casino or a bar or a restaurant in a matter of seconds. It had high ceilings and cold AC. The staff were extremely helpful, I will definitely stay there again when I visit Deadwood

Everything you would expect for the price I paid. Clean (except bathroom could use some elbow grease) great location. Perfect little grab n go breakfast .

Close to downtown The beds were uncomfortable

Location Poor breakfast & temperature in the rooms were hard to regulate, very warm

Wasn’t terribly clean. The air didn’t work, so it was extremely hot, and you won’t get any sleep unless you can sleep next to the highway with a thin window that blocks out zero noise. The room is very small, so don’t expect to be able to walk around it, stay in it much, or sleep well in it. And the breakfast wasn’t good at all. Stale and dry bagels and no selection. We paid a lot of money for this hotel that was super noisy and should be like a $50 hotel. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice property Front desk guy was extremely condescending and out right rude. I’m don’t think the hospitality industry is a good fit for him

This was our 2nd stay at the Gold Dust. The location is perfect for walking around Deadwood! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the cost is at or below average. Parking can be a bit tricky. It's about a block walk to the parking lot and at the time of our last stay there was construction equipment taking up several parking spaces. Also important to consider if there is an event in town

Superb

Close to Main Street activities. Was very easy to walk to casinos and Maverick restaurant No complaints or suggestions

TV was not working when we got back to room later in the evening. Parking is a block away from hotel across a busy street. The road to check in was very congested.
-
It was close to downtown The staff was rude and the gave us a single bed room instead of the queen double beds we requested and our Tv did not work and when we asked for an extra blanket and toilet paper we could not get them…

Everything was good for the area will stay again staff was great

Centrally located Parking situation, front desk man did not enjoy his job he was rude everytime we entered the hotel. I reserved the room for my son and put his name on the reservation but he told him he was not getting checked in unless I was there, luckily I was up the road at another hotel being treated much better. This man was downright rude every encounter.

Awesome place!!!

We liked that they had a cart of "supplies" for our rooms at the main level by the elevator and we could grab items if we needed them. I think it is also great that they don't automatically clean rooms and linens each day, yet we can call for it as needed. I like a place that does not waste.

Very small room. But right in the middle of Main Street deadwood!
