We love staying at the Branch house, one of our favorites!! Nice and quiet and location is perfect!! No complaints!!
-
There is a rope light on the two steps to the bedroom that were way too bright and no ability to dim or turn off.

Location It was a warm day and the room was Hot , they brought us a fan and that was it … We tried to get into our room after being gone for a sporting event and the key to enter the building would not let us in .. We called the place where you check in and the young lady was short and i accommodating,, would not send 2 new card keys … We had to fight with her and then go 2 blocks to get new keys to even enter the building! Very BAD experience! Will NOT stay there again!! We have stayed there A lot in the past! We are DONE…

The unique history of this building is very cool to be turned into lodging. I love the old feel of it with nicely decorated rooms and a cool street view. Private parking is awesome to have. Main Street is a very short walk away which is nice. It’s pretty quiet when you are ready to get away from the masses. Some deeper cleaning is needed. The heating system was dusty and some of the window sills needed sone attention. The shower doesn’t get quite as warm as I like them to be but wasn’t cold either. In our room the toilet is not secure to the floor and has been brought to staff attention and nothing has been done yet. Other than those things I’m very much in love with staying at this place and would do so again.

The room was a bit hot. Also the sheets kept coming off the bed. It was like they were meant for a smaller bed.
-
Our room wasn’t clean before arrival, toilet was disgusting dead bugs everywhere still food in the fridge and no clean bedding , also no one in the building had hot let alone even warm water

The room felt “historic,” but with modern touches. It was exactly what we wanted from a deadwood stay. Close to great food and downtown. It really is a great place. We didn’t have hot water for showers. It was warm…but definitely not hot. We bought two sodas from the soda machine, they were flat and old. Not a huge deal. If I had one recommendation: a water machine to fill our bottles. Next to the ice machine would really help the location. Rooms were great.

The room was very nice. Very Close walking to Main St. Our water never got over luke warm. So we took very cool showers in the middle of winter. He did talk to the front desk but the situation was never resolved.

What breakfast
-
Breakfast was ok, but you do have to walk a block to get there. Room was in a great location. Special parking was nice. Bathtub faucet leaked all night. No air conditioning. Not comfy for three adults. Couch bed was terrible. Needs a recliner in the room.
-
was ok was supposed to be on main st. spouse is 75 , can not walk very far, booked because address was on main st.
-
When you check in it would be nice to have been told that there was breakfast at the main hotel. I liked my room could have been stocked with 1 extra roll of toilet paper.
-
The room was great once you hauled your suitcases up the long flight of steps There is absolutely no parking near the building and no elevator to get to the room. The parking is 4 blocks away and this is not made clear in the description when we booked our stay. Also no elevator is not good when hauling suitcases etc to our the room
-
A very nice quiet place to stay. Feels like you are in your own apt. This was our 2nd time here and will most definitely book here again! There is absolutely nothing that I would complain about.
-
House keeping was no where to be found couch was broken

The coffee was very good for hotel breakfast standards. Room was very clean and adequate. The road noise was a little bothersome but not late into the evening.
