The staff is friendly, helpful, and supportive. We never needed for anything during our stay. The room was big with convenient amenities.

Housekeeping wanted me to count towels before exchanging them for new ones. He said because people steal them. How fkn rude!!! Room was old, dirty and smelled like mildew. Towels are the least of your concern.

Nice basic hotel room at a fair price. Nice breakfast, but it could use some variety for multiple stay guest. This hotel is built next to a mountain, thus space is limited, which is why the series of hallways, multiple sets of stairs, and ramps from one level to the next makes it unique and challenging to get around. Very pet friendly. And the staff is very welcoming. Thank you.

The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean. The property is a bit older but the clean, comfortable rooms made up for that.

My family enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was courteous and helpful. Especially Christian, who checked us in. He answered every question politely and efficiently. He always greeted us by name, asking about our day. Our family was on a two-week road trip, and of all the hotels we stayed in, this one was by FAR the most helpful in accommodating my mother, who is mobility-challenged. The breakfast was in an adjacent building. A shuttle was always provided when needed. We are extremely grateful for this. We cannot say enough about how satisfied we were with the attention we received.

Very quiet, very clean, and very friendly staff!!! The room was a little smaller than most but still not bad.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking in the parking garage was nice as it was extremely hot. The steps to the room were a bit trying. There was the option to take the elevator so we could have avoided them if needed. Also had to walk a ways to get to the trolly stop. Normally not a problem but with temps at 100 degrees it was a bit trying.

Christian checked us in and was incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was clean and in order. Breakfast could have had a better selection, but the staff was very helpful and dining area was clean.

Buffet breakfast was adequate. We did not know they offered breakfast. Pleasant surprise. Bldg#3 was easy access from garage parking to the elevator. No pets are ever allowed in our non smoking room. Great plus for my allergies. Very soundproof construction. Hallway activity did not disturb. The hotel is a bit of a maze from bldg. 2 to bldg 3 when using the walk ways.

Room was clean and adequate, easy access. Checking in was great we were somehow booked into a pet room and we had no pet they changed our room with no hassle.
