The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The pool area was well maintained and refreshing. It was a large pool with plenty of outdoor seating. There were also two hot tubs. For food there were at least 4 restaurants within a 3 min walk. The rooms had vaulted ceilings, we were on the second floor. The king with pull out was perfect and the rooms were so clean. We did not hear anything, so they were quiet as well. The morning complimentary breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast I have had...ever. so many options and some that were not typical to find at hotels. We will 100% stay here again. The only negative was there was no elevator in our building, it was under construction.

The room was very spacious and clean.

Excellent, modern, clean. Fabulous breakfast. Amazing pool and hot tub. Patio fires are a sweet vibe and the trolley will pick you up every half hour and bring you to main Street and back.

This is my favorite hotel in Deadwood...I will not stay anywhere else! It's always fresh and clean! The staff is amazing, breakfast is wonderful, the pool and hot tub are amazing, the rooms are spacious and well appointed. Absolutely love it here!!

We had all but a perfect stay!! We had to book a room with a pull out bed for our two kids and when we went to use it the pull out bed was very dirty with crumbs and chunks of cookies from the previous guests. All other aspects of our room were great so we didn't make a fuss about it but it wasn't the best surprise

I had fun here and won $50 but I don't gamble and took the money and ran lol the pool and hot tub was nice. The rooms were clean and big The breakfast was just ok could use a better breakfast for a large place

Breakfast was very minimal. Great place great location
-
Location was good. Room was large and had plenty of space. Room was right above pool and the chlorine smell in the room was extremely strong.
-
room was clean and the staff was above and beyond helpful all the time

Parking can be challening and you may have to use the underground parking if the lot in the front of the hotel is full. everything else about the property was great and we would stay here again.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

The only negative thing we can say is that we weren't aware that there was a parking fee - it would be nice if that information was disclosed.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay visiting the Deadwood area. Nice hotel.

The hotel was very nice. Rooms were very clean and roomy. The layout of the room was a bit different. Bathroom was in front of the bed so when you were in the bathroom there was no privacy and it woke others from the light being turned on. There was no trailer parking on site which was not stated on the website when booking the hotel. We had to park at a public parking lot and was not able to leave the trailer there when wanting to go sight seeing. Had to take truck and trailer with which was kinda inconvenient. Very nice place to stay if you were not hauling a trailer. There was a convention a couple of the nights we stayed there so was a bit crowded on the patio and in the lobby.

Parking cost is not avoidable
