Great place to stay to walk around historic area Deadwood. Paul was super helpful in helping us park and even carted us to Mavericks for steak ao we got there before they closed. Lobby bar lounge area was nice. Would definitely recommend.

Parking was easy and the porters were incredibly kind and helpful. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Love the convenient walking location to all the fun downtown Deadwood activities!

The location It was very generic and out of 6 days, they cleaned our room one time and only because we asked.

It was my third time there and love staying with ya Wish there was more hotel parking. Parking should be included with the room price.

We chose this hotel because we wanted to stay at a nicer hotel in town. However, in our shower, a razor was left in the soap dish, and there were hairs and some unknown substance on the shower wall. This lack of attention to cleanliness is not acceptable for the price of this hotel stay. We will not return to this hotel. However, the host that helped us park our car was incredibly friendly and helpful. He has excellent in customer service and that should be be commended.

It was clean and it was in a great location. The breakfast was your typical continental breakfast that most places offer for free. They charge 20.00 for fake eggs, soggy hash browns, cheap sausage, undercooked cheap bacon, and bland biscuits and gravy. The coffee was super watered down. Definitely not worth 20 dollars. Also, prepare to pay for parking. It was 15 dollars a day to park outside, or 20 a day to park under the parking garage. I personally feel that both things should be included in the room price.

Okay. So I booked this “pet friendly “ hotel from the reviews and reasonable pet fee. We booked 2 rooms 4 nights so a chunk of change. The pet relief area is over 400 steps away which isn’t convenient especially in the rain. Mind you there’s a smoking platform on every floor. Put a pet area there. Nobody cared about my opinion. Wasn’t refunded for broken washer and dryer. Combative employee said we have no control over the machines. Good answer. Now, the breakfast buffet and bar are good, but they don’t belong to the hotel. There is a real lack of training here. Probably won’t stay there next time. Plenty of good pet friendly hotels.

Close to every thing! A little spendy. Didn’t realize the last night was more expensive than the other nights. Also we enjoy the bar but unfortunately it wasn’t well stocked so she was unable to make the drinks we wanted. It was not Snitches but the other one in the lobby.

Overall the location, staff, and stay was amazing!! I came up with a girlfriend for my birthday and had an amazing weekend the only thing I would say was kind of a waste was the beverage and casino credit we received a little postcard holding the info but no direction on how to use it:(
