Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Nice bar & breakfast staff. Lobby is on the second floor, so arriving on a Saturday night in Deadwood was a bit confusing. Parking on weekend is interesting, but in all, it was a great place to stay.

Hotel was nice, room was nice. Only issue we had was when I checked in, they charged me $20 to park in garage. But when we went to park in garage, there were no empty spots. Attendant stated that employees were parked there and would be leaving soon. If guests are charged to park there, employees shouldn’t be

So hard to get a quick bite.

When calling and speaking to staff twice before the stay , they were not nice or helpful. The hotel itself was amazing, clean , big, very comfortable. Will definitely stay again and recommend. Had some issues checking in also that turned into a problem later but the staff member was nice and fixed it immediately

We stayed in room 477 and it had an order like a gym locker--imagine sweat socks! I did not notice the order anywhere else in the hotel, only in our room. I don't know if it was coming from the floor drain in the bathroom (handicap room)?

Location No maid service. Expected clean towels and sheet the second day.

Great stay! Clean. Good location

Location, location, location!! Multiple outside sitting areas where you could have a drink and watch the action from above. Bar on site. Nice size room. Wish parking wasn’t an additional $20.00 per night in the parking garage. However not much choice as parking can be very limited. Have to say, the employee who handled the garage parking, I believe his name was Paul, went above and beyond to help us when we arrived and each time we re entered the garage. So guess that kind of made up for the extra cost.

Breakfast buffet is overpriced and lacks variety.

Nice, big room. Great location! Loved the bed. Only minor dislike was the shower pressure. Would stay there again.

The valet parking attendant was very nice, friendly, and provided excellent service. He was professional, attentive, and made the whole experience pleasant. I truly appreciated his great customer service.

Location Pay to park seems a bit much for the price of the room. Parking sucks downtown and there's no way around it.
-
Very nice and well maintained. Didn’t like the breakfast set up. It was no different than other properties with breakfast included. $20 a person was very high

Loved the comfortable bed and the great location with convenient parking. The casino in the building was a nice bonus. We used the laundry facilities as well. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower were empty, so if you didn’t bring your own toiletries, you are out of luck. Housekeeping hadn’t refilled them. Breakfast was $20 per person and definitely not worth the price. I stayed during rally week for Sturgis, and the room rate was extremely expensive.
