I was concerned after reading negative reviews. I was more than pleasantly surprised! I travel 30-40 weeks a year on business and the staff at Mineral Palace was the friendliest, most attentive, professional team I have had the pleasure of working with. Front desk, manager, valet, top to bottom the best!! Rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

A very nice stay! Building/rooms feel a bit older, but room was comfortable and clean (except an eyeliner pen was found on the windowsill). Great place to walk to everything downtown!

Everybody was super nice and it was very convenient to getting where we needed in a timely manner That there wasn’t any free breakfast and the shampoo and conditioner were pretty small

Excellent staff that goes above and beyond. Valet guys were excellent! Matt that checked us in was excellent and helpful. Room was very clean. Only complaint is we were placed in smoker room. You could smell the smoke when you walked in. We do not smoke. Restraunt was very good.
