Breakfast

It was clean and I felt safe. I didn’t like that I had to walk into a casino and take an elevator downstairs to checkin. I had to ask a valet where to checkin at because I didn’t see a front of the motel that I usually see. It was very strange. The room was smaller than I expected from Hilton Hotel.

One wall in our room was filthy, crumbs by the trash can. The beds were okay

It was difficult to figure out where to check in when we arrived. At check in we were not told the hours for breakfast nor what time we needed to check out. We were given a trolley schedule but the trolley never came .
-
Beds weren’t comfortable at all. Front desk called about a noise complaint in are room when we were just sitting around talking. My whole family felt like we had to whisper the rest of the stay.

The place is nice but the rooms don’t have any dresser, they say you can use under the bed for storage ( suitcases) and they have 6 hooks on the wall to hang things up, however NO where to put socks and underwear, or just like shorts.. a big down fall

Very modern.

The breakfast was excellent. Our stay at the hotel was good, we would recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast was excellent. Employees were helpful. Easy access to downtown. We stayed 4 nights. Housekeeping never entered our room. I took dirty towels to the desk for replacements. Casino was not good, as compared to others we have been to. Almost no poker machines.

was a nice stay

This is a hotel at the end of a line of 3 different hotels. Breakfast was good but the ice maker was broken. At check in we had a difficult time understanding where things were located. On the second day we found the luggage carts by the next door hotel. It was clean and the trolley made it convenient.
-
Room and lobby were clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast options were limited and not all the equipment worked properly.
-
Not a family friendly hotel as you enter a casino on the first floor to go to the hotel lobby on the second floor. We were charged $15 to park our car once we arrived and given a voucher to use on-site which was useless to us considering this was an overnight stay. Breakfast options were limited as the pancake machine was broken.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was going through construction so that was a little annoying. Also you have to pay for parking. Which it should be included in the charge for the room. Overall it was a good stay for the price at last minute
