Comfort Inn Near Greenfield Village

Hotel was horrible! Didn’t have power the entire time that we were there. 0/10

Very friendly and helpful staff

Hallways dirty. Furniture worn. Bathtub clogged. Lost electric power at 7pm and never got it back. Room smelled like weed.

Came in at 6p. Room was still not cleaned.then no power. No hot water ..and backup generator

Standard basic room and breakfast. Front desk staff didn’t seem totally on top of things - cancelled our keys, wouldn’t print receipt.

Clean

The location was fantastic! The bed was very comfortable. The hallway carpeting was very dirty, and the muffins in the continental breakfast had mold on the top. The front desk were friendly, however, follow through wasn't executed.

The room smells so bad cigarettes all over beds are so uncomfortable toilet wasn’t clean it’s such a waste of money

Everything was fine

We had an issue with the AC in the room, but the staff were courteous and gave us a new room. Overall, this property is on par with a 3-star hotel.

Breakfast bar very average.

The rooms were paper things. Kids in pool were loud and hotel was understaffed to assist in keeping the noise down after 10pm. Called front desk asking for assist with the yelling and recieved no assistance. Not family friendly.

We reserved the room as we were planning to swim both nights, but the pool was out of order. Looks like it has been for a while. Went to the room and pull sheets and covers off to check for bed bugs like I do where ever I stay and the beds looked like they had mechanic’s green all over them, but no bugs. Had to go down both days to get enough towels and wash rags for group. I haven’t stayed at a hotel in a while, so when we got back to the hotel and entered our room to see they never made up the beds, I was pissed. Went down to the front desk and asked why our room wasn’t made up and the clerk acted like I was a moron, not knowing they don’t do that. I had words with her then and walked back to the room. It was a crappy stay is all I have to say.

Overall a good stay. Area of drywall over the shower that had paint off and was in need of repair, caulk was black in places between the tub and shower surround. Needed to be replaced.

Car dependable location.

The carpet in room 105 was disgustingly filthy. One walk across the room in white socks turned them black. One swipe across the carpet with a damp washcloth turned it black.

This is the place to stay when visiting the spectacular Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation and the associated Greenfield Village just a mile away.
