The hotel staff were less than accommodating, the restaurant did not have a very large selection. If breakfast was included in your stay, entirely different menu…. Be sure to let them know when you arrive…. Not many choices… all in all not worth what we paid to stay!

We were disappointed with the food at the restaurant. I was pleased to see that there were gluten free options on the menu. I had the fish with cornbread crust. It was mostly coating, very little fish. It was served without the sauce. I had to ask for it. Everything sounded delicious on the menu but was ordinary.

As a Ford Fan this was the place to stay

I liked that it’s located where it is. Quiet and private Room was not what I’ve had before. Nowhere to eat in room. Wanted to stay in and have room service but unfortunately no couch to sit on or table to eat off of. Very upsetting considering the cost of room. May have to start looking for another place to stay bi-weekly instead of here.

Very clean, classic, warm and welcoming. Staff is very friendly. The staff in the restaurant are the nicest I’ve ever encountered all over the world. Nothing.

Room spotless, staff great, alarm clock batteries dead, lamps in elevator floor indicators burned out. Given the price and level of prominence, these are bits that, while rather small, should be regularly monitored and fixed. Again, staff were very helpful and accommodating!

We stayed in the junior suite, and it was absolutely beautiful. We were very happy with the cleanliness and the beautiful decor. The staff were very helpful and polite. There was also excellent martinis in the bar!
