Comfort Inn Near Greenfield Village

Staff was amazing but the hotel room was completely dirty and your white socks would turn black from how dirty the room was and there was even dirt inside the room the WiFi was non existent and as well as the gym not being open for the 3 nights I stayed there which is mainly why I booked there.. Breakfast wasn’t the best either

No one told us what time is the breakfast, noone told us how to connect to Internet and even after we found out wifi conenction was poor. Too expensive for the quality, never go there in future.

The facility is awful! Carpet looks like it has never been cleaned. Underneath the mattress was either a dead bug or rotten food. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Super dirty carpet was wet for some odd reason black mold in bathroom.. Carpet in hallway filthy stay was not very friendly. I was in only there for one night which was prepaid so I was kind of stuck.. never again

This hotel needs to be remodeled very dirty the min the walk into it

Stayed overnight 7/31-8/1/26. Staff helpful. Room was clean. Carpeting in hallways looked dirty and hallways had musty smell. Good breakfast but come early. Fitness room was unusable due to maintenance issues. Be prepared to pay $100 security deposit when checking in. Greenfield Village is nine minutes away driving distance.

An entire half of our floor was being rennovated so the hall and elevator area was prety dirty and dusty

Breakfast looked nice but not tasty. Did not make bed or give clean towels while we were out for the day.

The free breakfast had a few ok offerings, but the scrambled - powdered -eggs were frankly not good. Although the staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was ok for a one-night layover, I wouldn’t want to stay much longer.

First my room was not properly cleaned I had feces on the toilet. Also my bed mattress had a hole in it. Also the carpet was filthy also when I proceeded to inform management of the conditions of my room, the manager,was very rude and nasty to me.

Staff didn't seem to care. Not willing to compensate for it. Hooks and hair dryer falling off the wall. Very noisy!

Keep expectations in check for breakfast, but overall it was good value.

Breakfast was hot and kept up with - checked for bed bugs - beds were clean

It was close to restaurants The room in general was not that good, bathroom flooded because it was running so bad, the floor was so dirty it stained everything we're wearing. The smell was not pleasant. The noise was so annoying because they were remodeling the floor above us, didn't get decent sleeping time. The fridge was rusted and need to be cleaned. In general everything was bad.

Close to Henry Ford Museum Room wasn’t clean. Found a used solo cup in the window seal as soon as we walked into the room. The hotel was also under construction so the AC did not work properly. Also we were near a RR so that was a constant annoying sounds along with kids constantly running through the hallway at all hours of the night.

Noisy while people are sleeping janitor were being loud knocking .room had a smell
