Hampton Inn by Hilton Detroit Dearborn

Property was very clean, staff was very helpful with local eatery’s.

This is my favorite place to stay in Dearborn. I sleep better here than any other hotel I've ever visited: it's quiet, beds and pillows very comfortable. Staff always friendly and helpful. My dog is welcome (for a fee of course). Very clean. Mini fridge & microwave in room. The hot breakfast is good and coffee is on tap 24/7. Close to many restaurants. Will stay again. Breakfast choices are a little monotonous.

The hotel was clean, the room was what we expected, and breakfast was the regular Hampton Inn options, which was fine. The location was a bit more like a city hotel than I expected, but parking was ample and free.

Good location for bars and restaurants and very close to the Henry Food Museum of Innovation No complaints

The staff was great. The water pressure in our room was terrible. We arrived almost an hour past check in and still had to wait for our room to be ready. The breakfast was good and the serving area was clean.

Our room was clean and ready when we arrived. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast bar had many options for a great start to our day. Location was central to our the activities we had planned.

The room and beds were comfortable. Good breakfast area. The pool was closed. The main reason I chose the hotel was for the pool. The smoking area was right next to the back door. Please move the smoking area down.

Nice clean property w parking on site for $5/night. Staff was very helpful and provided 15% off voucher for Ford Museum which worked out well for us. Nice restaurants within walking distance

We asked about a late checkout from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM as Hilton members, and while I understand it is not guaranteed, the response felt dismissive. I also needed a quiet space for a quick work call and was told nothing was available, so I had to take it in the open lobby while cleaning was happening and carts were being moved around. Later, my husband noticed a guest business center with two monitors and a printer. When I asked about it, I was told her manager had told her guests could no longer use it, even though it looked fully functional. Overall, it was an okay stay, but the morning service and lack of clear communication left us disappointed.

Stayed here for 7 nights. Great location with clean rooms and a good breakfast that varied a little each day. Close to lots of restaurants. Nice staff, easy parking. The only con for us was that the bed was a little too firm.

Location Air condition was noisy. No locker inthe room.

It was ok not the best Hampton we stayed at but convenient to Greenfield Village

I was disappointed for the cost of the room. I have stayed at hotels that cost half of there fee ,and was of the same value.

Loved the room and location, near Greenfield Village. Close to fabulous eating places. Check out Ford's Garage on Michigan St. My only concern was, putting on the AC, the vents discharged dust! Yuk!
