Black mold on celing in bathroom

It was close to where I was going. Staff were excellent especially Kristen and Keta! The room could have been better. The lamp was rusty and gross . Looked like it had been in a barn for 20 years. Also the dresser was missing a drawer. The bathtub was rusty also. I’ll put pics below. The room needs a refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was comfortable though.

This is one of the worst experiences I had in my life. It’s ghetto and doesn’t look safe. I ended up getting another hotel

There was a drawer that was missing. The mattress was disgusting. I took pictures and my plans are to send to corporate. Given the fact that I didn’t check in till 2 AM. I asked for a late checkout before I headed back to Canada and they refused saying they don’t do late checkouts on weekends. The young lady at the front desk was very accommodating.

Although it is smoke-free, Property, strong smoke odor was present in the room

There was no breakfast. When a hotel charges that much you would think you would something to eat or even have a small restaurant there. Called front desk to see if they knew restaurants nearby, she knew of one . It would be helpful if the hotel made suggestions of food ordering and put it in each room with website or menus with phone numbers to order would be great. But to get food delivered and restaurants being afar was inconvenient and costly . Then one restaurant was out of stock on food items. Hotel is nice No breakfast no lunch no dinner for 150 dollars 2 days

The location and the front desk employee It’s nasty I mean like real nasty. I just saw a roach. The doors don’t properly lock none of the sockets really work blow dryer don’t work not even mounted. They got telephones for the room that aren’t even plugged up just sitting there not even connected rooms are trashed. All the linens and towels are dingy. The place stinks like I said is bugs nets coming out of nowhere. And genuinely needs to get shut down Red Roof really needs to revamp it or close it down and open up somewhere else. Cause me personally I love Red Roof, but I’m holding them accountable for keeping their name on this trash, hotel, franchise or organization based or not Red Rufus responsible.

there was a rapper left in the bathroom for the tub was dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty all edges and rims and countertops we dusted ourselves We had to wash off the nights stand. I would not take a shower nor sit in the vinal chair , ths chair was filthy . The chair in the corner when I pulled it out there was a bow or something left under it . we dropped something and had to go look on the floor and under the bed was disgustingly filthy did not want to reach under there to retrieve it, Dirt bottle caps just junk underneath the bed.the mattress sheetes were clean but did not have a mattress cover and the mattress itself was dirty snd atained. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in.

The place was dirty. Lights were missing, drawers or missing moldy in the bathroom carpets. Look like they never been cleaned, some lights work, some lights didn't the outside was dirty garbage all over.
-
Lots of permanent residents smoking Marijuana and drinking right outside rooms. 2 fights. Police and ambulance. Ridiculous. Cockroaches. I wouldn't bring my bag inside when I got home. Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed.

Everything was fine I just feel as if the prices are a little high . I’m maybe spending like $40 dollars more than I’d like to .
