Nice stay!

The pool was dirty very few towels. Doors jamming very slippery pool deck. Carpet in second floor hallway was ripped, possible trip hazard. Dirt on curtains in room, stains on office chair, bathroom was an incomplete remodel, exposed drywall compounds shower was not finished loose hardware door drifted shut. Stains on walls near desk area desk has broken leg.

Breakfast Room smelled if mold, mold on ceiling, bathroom ceiling caving in, bathroom door rotted, blood stains on curtains, hallway smelled nasty

Modern, all needed amenities, very clean. Excellent breakfast and great parking. Nice staff!!! I liked everything

It was clean with easy access to the room from the parking lot. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room is clean and Staff are friendly. The location is convenient for our need. The only issue is the breakfast time is kind too late at 7:00am, We stayed there for a swimming meet. The warm up time is 7:15am. So we needed to leave for the pool before 7:00. My son is doing competitive swimming all year round. Lots of meets have early warm up. I'd like him to have some breakfast before he swim. It's a important reason when i book hotels. Hampton Inn's breakfast is always at 6:00am no matter weekdays or weekends. I think Holiday Inn should do better.

The staff was nice and the complementary breakfast was good. The selection of items was nice. Cereal, oatmeal, fruit, bread/bagels, muffins, pancakes, meat option - bacon one say, sausage the next, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and juices. The room & building is showing its age. While it was clean, it was pretty banged up and needs attention. There was missing tile in the bathroom & stains on the bathroom ceiling. The toilet sits low to the ground & water splashed onto the floor at every flush. The bathroom mirror had chips along the edges. The shower/tub was clean and in good shape, and there was plenty of hot water for the 5 of us. The Dove products provided was nice. There is no fan/vents in the bathroom. All the walls throughout the room have scuff marks & large dents that should be repaired & repainted. They are clearly not wiping the walls down at cleaning, as I'm sure some of the marks could have been removed with a magic eraser. Furniture was also banged up with lots of dents and scratches. The curtains are terrible! We were on the first floor and there were only sheer curtains to cover the window. The darker/heavier curtains were only for decoration & could not be moved to fully cover the window. You could only partially cover the window with them, which allowed for zero privacy. I had to use one of the hangers from the closet to pull & clip the curtains in a way the would block the window. Never have I experienced this before in any hotel I have stayed in. The beds were too firm & the sofa bed mattress was nothing but springs with a thin cover over them. This did not allow for the most restful of sleep after a long day of walking.

The room needed to be painted especially the bathroom.

Shakira at the front desk was amazing and she is very helpful the property is great the only thing I didn't like was there was no hot tub

No ports instead of plugs on the night stand lamp ( it limited being able to plug in charger adapter into outlet due to the design of the lamp), Not able to close the drapes so the sheers exposed seeing through the room at night and breakfast options were ok but pancakes were not good. The workout space was really small, and entering the carpeted area the first day I arrived it smelled like the carpet needed cleaning (upstairs 2nd floor).

We had a suite with 2 queen beds, a sofa bed, a desk for laptop and a nice size restroom. The breakfast was delicious and will definitely be back. Staff was very helpful as well.

I guess I should be thankful. I had to get up at 3:30 am anyway,...
