The shuttle didn’t come to the airport. They didn’t answer the phone. There was no one at the desk to check in. They lied and didn’t give me a refund.

Our whole floor stunk of marijuana. Carpets were filthy and bunched up. One of the beds in our room hadn't been changed. Stains on the sheet. I asked for a towel, they said there was no one available to bring it to us.

Check in was not good because you he room is booked was not available. My reservation had to be cancelled and rebooked. I decided not to rebook because the staff was not very helpful while I was standing there I found out the elevator was not working and several people came to the desk requesting towels while swimming and were told there were no towels available.

Towels had stains on them, don’t know if they were washed. Poor maintenance. Only thing positive is, it is a beautiful building

We could not sleep at all throughout the night Neighbor is running up and down the hallway banging on the doors arguing. It was a terrible night.

Terrible hotel very terrible

The hallways were dirty, both rooms had a strong odor that reminded me of feet and an old moldy basement, and the beds were extremely springy and uncomfortable. In the second room, I could hear every step from the room above, including what sounded like furniture being dragged across the floor. It also appeared the hotel houses many long-term residents. I don't say that as a criticism of the people staying there—everyone deserves safe housing, and many are simply doing the best they can. However, it creates a very different environment than what most travelers expect, with children running and crying in the hallways and constant activity. I chose to leave because I could afford to stay somewhere that better fit my expectations. If this hotel is your only affordable option, just know what to expect. But if your budget allows, I would personally recommend spending a little more elsewhere. I believe future guests deserve an honest picture so they can make an informed decision.

It’s clean Nothing

They need a lot of up keeping. Had to ask dor towel it was only two in the right on the give us pool towel didn’t have face towel. I want and brought me some towel cause the next day the same thing no towel. The air only works if it was on 65 or lower. Pool water look cloudy!!

Nothing The staff was rude

Nothing I liked about the property. Seems that the staff are rude and didn’t help out with changing the rooms. When speaking they alarmist used reverse psychology if I were to give them a bad rating instigating that i am threatening them

Very unprofessional, hallways are filthy and the rules are different for everyone. Wouldnt let me cancel 5 days in advance but two people canceled at the desk while we were waiting 1.5 hr after check in for a room to be cleaned.

Excellent staff and facilities. Hotel was clean, however could use maintenance throughout. Pool has too much chlorine and not enough ventilation. Breakfast was excellent, safe area, and great for a family

They gave out my key card an was rude, door kept being open when I was gone an they was rude about it I caught the guy an they bed bugs badly

Everything was 5\10 but worst was the elevator shut down for the 4 day I was there and unfortunately I have a pregnant wife and 1yr,4yr and our room was the 4th floor We tried getting refund but they said it needs to be thru bookings

Elevator did not work, random people hanging out on the stairs while trying to go up and down from third floor, side door was blocked open with block of asphalt and not secured shut at night allowing random people to access hotel. Carpets were dirty and stained, only had 1 towel in bathroom so asked for additional towels for other guests but front desk said they didn’t have any but might have some in the morning. Never stay here again.

The elevator was broken and our floor smelled.

It was honestly very filthy. I had to look at three different rooms before I was finally comfortable enough to stay in one. The sheets had stains, the couches were stained, and the carpets on every level were dirty and covered with stains. The pool was not clean either. The overall atmosphere reminded me more of a motel than a hotel. The room we eventually settled on had a bathroom that made leaking/water-running noises throughout the entire night, which made it difficult to sleep. That it wasn’t very clean needs to be updated
