The guest smoked weed outside in the back and just hanging around on the front it was the worst Hotel experience ever. I wasn't expecting 5 stars just a clean place to stay for my visit. We didn't dare to eat breakfast there and it was plenty of parking.

Everything was good but wish the hot tub was working.

Stated the elevator was not working which was fine we took the stairs but we later found out the staff deactivated the elevators.

Could be better had a few hiccups but staff worked it out needs better air conditioner throughout building parking lot can use a update staff for weekend holidays or events in city should reflect other then that my stay was okay it was just for a night

The pictures listed are not what I received! The hotel is not bad but it is old, one of the elevators was out of order and the other one was very old and shaky! But the bed in the room was very comfortable and we slept well through the night

Obviously this place is super inexpensive so that helps. But there is really no attention to detail at this place like the front area is just bird sht all over the place, which could easily be removed by a spray down but they cannot be bothered to remove it. Place is sort of a ghetto vacation for people in Detroit. The pool is not maintained at all it's just slimy and murky. The cards will demagnetize so get used to going to the front desk a few times per day. Otherwise for the price it's cool.

Went to the first desk and was told I would get compensated. Then when I asked a different person said they dont do that. So I was lied too. The water heater went out. But I can't just go and book another room on a Holiday it was for memorial weekend. That is my only complaint. The pool water was pretty gross but there were birthdays so I understood. But I was only able yo use the Hot Tub one time. Cause all the other times water was not even warm. Definitely should have gotten some money back I understand not a full refund but something. Because I couldn't even use the Hot Tub and I was on vacation from Kansas City. I was pumped but I made the best of it.

Great place to stay me and my fiance stayed a couple days where very comfortable got to relax and the staff was friendly and very helpful

I am handicap and walk with a cane. The main elevator was closed and had to use one at the end opposite of our room. This one failed also, had to get front desk to reset,making another useless trip. The jets did not work in the dirty hotter. The hotel needs a lot of work and cleaning, the hallways looked like never vacuumed, seen bones laying around. I feel like I over paid for this motel bigtime

Everything was great. The only suggestion I have is to consider extending the breakfast hours during weekdays. Some travelers drive long distances and arrive late at night, so having a little extra time for breakfast would allow them to get adequate rest before starting their day. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and truly appreciated the hospitality.

Rooms smelled terrible and asked for a room change two times and got ignored, 3 times asking for an iron because the existing one burnt my cloth, tub was clogged not draining water, bathroom door won’t lock and won’t close, room was never serviced in 4 night while i asked for it twice, had to shower with the same towels for 4 nights.

Nothing at all First, it was a appearance of the building when I arrive up to the building, I never seen a hotel have room windows raised up that just gave me a feeling that this hotel is dirty nasty filthy, not clean and very unsafe. I immediately turned away and canceled my reservation. I did not feel safe, staying there or safe leaving my car parked outside of there. I don’t personally recommend that place for someone like me. I thought the comfort inn would have been a nice place to stay but again upon arriving I’m seeing windows raised up. I swear I never seen windows raised up at any decent hotel or any hotel for that matter , that right there just gave me all the answers that I need that this is a nasty filthy hotel.

Dark dingy. Room had things that needed attention. Just not very well maintained.
