Comfort Inn & Suites

Bed sheets had stains. Ceiling was stained. Carpet had holes in it. Bathroom had drywall damage. Not enough towels for the number of people on the reservation. The pool was green. The hot tub was drained and empty.

Hot tub was down for maintenance but all in all everything was good

Decent for a budget stay but not if you have mid to high expectations. Room was very clean but not maintained otherwise. Hallways are filthy. Breakfast was decent but normal…the attendant was awesome! It seems like a hotel that maybe families live at or there are just a lot of families that go there for weekends because it’s a good rate? Anyway if you’re not the type that’s going to pick apart everything it’s a nice budget hotel.

Not a single thing. The whole experience was absolutely terrible. One staff person working the front desk in street clothes, we didn't even realize he was a worker. No running water when we arrived. We were ignored and had to wait about 10 minutes or so before being checked into our room. Other guests at or near the front desk were very sketchy. One lady appeared to be on drugs and was helped before we were, even though we had been waiting first and the worker knew/saw that. She started cussing the worker at the front desk out. Very trashy behavior in front of my 2 young kids that did not need to see/hear that. We were finally given our hotel room keys, got to our room, opened the door and someone else was already utilizing that room! We were pissed off and immediately went back to the front desk demanding a refund and we left to stay at the Holiday Inn near by, which was a MILLION times better and nicer and more accommodating.

The location was right convenient to visit family around that area.. The smell in the room the color of the carpet dark brown dont know, how can you tell if is clean or not and that smell of humidity ,,

This place was terrible the water and the bathtub didn't go down the TV didn't work the table was broken they were smoking drugs in the back of the place I wouldn't recommend a dog to go here It was terrible it was not what I thought I stayed with comfort inn on several occasions but never the one in Allen Park and will never stay there again

Good staff and everything is clean

The room could have been cleaner. The carpets in the hallway was strained and looked dirty. The bathroom had hair in the tub.

Staff was friendly and welcoming, room was clean Hot tub is being worked on an inoperable, elevator wasn’t working, so I had to take stairs to the second floor I’m disabled so it took a minute stayed for two days so I believe it could’ve been repaired in a timely fashion

Huge hotel awesome service!!! Only thing I will say is bring your own shampoo and conditioner and a bathing suitttt

Worst stay ever. Room that they checked us into wasn’t cleaned. Had to go and request a new room. Staff was not friendly at all if you work in hospitality, you should at least be friendly and greet the guest and thank them for staying not give them a hard time when your rooms are disgusting and filthy the room that we were put in was so rundown there weren’t even sconces on the walls where they’re supposed to be. The fire detectors didn’t work in our room nor did they work outside in the hallway nor did they have batteries in them the pool was disgusting was unsafe to swim while the guy at the front mumbled at us that it was safe to swim. It burnt my eyes so bad from the chlorine there were hoses laying all around the two bathrooms in there were out of order. There was no hot tub to be used. This should’ve been made perfectly clear on the website prior to bookings. The bathroom that are in the lobby are so filthy disgusting backed up full of toilet paper and I believe there was a meth head in there using the bathroom when I tried to go in I was overcharged by $75. This is disgusting outside of the property is so rundown you could pop your tire in the potholes.
