Bad

We passed the front desk on our way to dinner that night and saw 6 people waiting and we did not see anybody serving them. Breakfast was good and the lady who served the breakfast on Sunday morning was great, she constantly refilled everything. Parking was easy. But we will not come back to this particular hotel.

Very dirty and old carpets. Carpets in the hallways had really bad smell.

Overall it was ok but it definitely needs updating and more care. Allot of the rooms have some sort of issues and the place isnt very clean. The staff is very sweet and helpful tho. You can tell they try the best with what they have. Ok for a quick stay.

Checking in was a mess, system wouldn't take my payment, then get fraud notification of 3 charges from them. Got that squared, then I had reserved a 2 double bed room and upon entering the room, it was a single bed room. Went back, checked me into a different room. On 3rd floor this time. Door would not open at all. Went back down, gave me new cards for the room, went back up and door still would not open, took video showing it wouldn't open. Went back down and showed video. Checked into new room, door did open, but next day cards would not work. Had to get new cards for room. Was going to use pool but was really cold to point feet cramped up. Probably around 50 degrees, not normal 70-75 degrees pools should be at, also hot tub was under repairs. Other then that, room was clean and breakfast was good.

The only nice thing on this was the lobby area. The room was extremely dirty, the carpet was filthy, room decor was outdated, broken down, and worn out. The bed was comfortably after we sprayed down and put our own sheets we had to buy for the bed. This was the worst place I’ve ever paid for and stayed at.

Great place to stay. A lot of places around there. Loved the Jacuzzi room we had.

Elevator needs an inspection. Rooms were dirty.the elevator would work on and off. Air didnt work. Its a 50 dollar room at best .

I did like the space that was in the suit and it came with a jetted tub Unable to enjoy the jetted tub because it was not clean at all. And also discovered a roach in my room (which i was able to document) and while shaking my bags out at home there were a few more bugs there as well. (unable to document)

The pool is freezing weather summer or spring. They don't often notify the staff when a guest has a late check out.

I looked the breakfast and it was peaceful I didn’t like that the elevator didn’t work We also had to get a different room because the jacuzzi wasn’t working

Location wasn’t bad Only one staff member was nice wish I knew her name. Only one working elevator. Had to walk my elderly mother entirely too far for the elevator and then another long distance to our room. At one point the one good working elevator stopped working they told us we could use the stairs. Asked for a first level room and was refused . On Saturday a group of teens took over and were roaming the halls until well after 2 am staff said nothing they could do about that either. Property needs updated and not very handicapped accessible.

Desk staff, housekeepers, breakfast staff and maintenance staff are all friendly and responsive but are dealing with a property in need of a lot of work. It does not represent well the Choice brand or Comfort Inn & Suites name as indicated in tv ads and as we have experienced in many other cities.

The hotel went downhill completely from the last time we stayed. There were roaches all in the restroom. Rooms smelled like they haven’t been cleaned. Cream cheese and shaving cream all up and down the railings. Will not be coming back to this location
