Exceptional

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff Ms. Towana and Ms. Mayra were helpful and patient in every way. The property maintained cleanliness during our entire stay. The shuttle drivers communicated well and drove carefully.

Breakfast was good. Had to walk through “contamination zone” to our room on the third floor.

The next day as we were leaving for the day we asked the cleaning person in the hallway to please provide a tissue box, when we returned the room had been cleaned but we still didn't have a tissue box. That morning I had stopped at the front desk to inform them of the problem with the shade so it could be fixed. When we returned someone had apparently tried to work on the shade but it still wouldn't work properly. I was able to manually force it to lower after 15 minutes of working on it. There wasn't any explanation from the front desk, so I don't know if they were told it had been fixed or not.

The staff was wonderful and the breakfast met expectations.

SERVICE.

We had to walk through a building site area in the corridor to get to our room. I looked liked there had been a flood. No apology or explanation was given by reception at check in. The lift was dirty and the hotel room door was warped and need a good push to open and close.

Hotel room had been recently renovated. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty typical but good.

Appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff. All very friendly. Would stay here again and use the shuttle service from the airport.

Super clean room, excellent breakfast even had healthy selections. Staff even let my dad park his truck while he carpooled with us to the lions game. They were extremely accommodating. Highly recommend this place.

Bad

Location was fine, the hotel next to it was nicer and better staff The front desk guy at night was rude, not accommodating. Room smelled, another guest had ants in their room. The pool was closed and they were rude about it, sign on door said it was going to be fixed day prior. They don’t say hi when you walk in or say where the elevator is.

Clean rooms. Very friendly staff. comfy beds and pillows. AC works! free and easy parking. Reasonable rates. They didn't jack up the rates like other hotels did for the Oklahoma game!

The property and staff were great. Breakfast was yummy, and having the shuttle option saved me a lot of money!

Hot breakfast, very nice. Plenty of parking. Room little bit dusty. Tv in our room need to be replaced, the screen was blue. Over all i will stay again at this hotel.

Loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again!!! Friendliest desk personnel ive ever encountered as well as the breakfast buffet attendant. Best included breakfast buffet I've ever had and open until 10 am. The whole property including our room and indoor pool were so clean and updated. Pool was open to 11 pm!!! Had microwave and fridge in room and 24-hour free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. Very safe environment very near to The Henry Ford Museum. I wish all hotels were like this one!!!
