Nice and clean and the staff was amazing
-
We checked in after midnight and the young lady was absolutely so pleasant checking us in. Our stay was short, but we will definitely be back next year and stay here for Lions training camp.
-
The spare pillow for the extra guest is dirty. The shower room floor is very slippery
-
Clean. There was a strong odor of cat urine in our room though that was unpleasant. Other than that place was great.
-
The breakfast option can be better as there wasn’t even waffle to say d least

The front desk staff and hotel general manager were really great and attentive to detail. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Wonderful stay at a beautiful facility!

We had an enjoyable stay during our week at the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, and for the most part, the facility was clean and neat. The breakfast service was very pleasant and the attendant kept the food and coffee well stocked. The house staff kept the room as I requested with regards to towels and general upkeep. The pool area was clean for the most part although I did have to ask for towels as there were none available when my family used the pool. There were a few instances where guests would leave trash in the hallways or near the elevators. All in all, I would say that we were pleased with our experience and would recommend the hotel to others wishing to stay in that part of town.

Superb customer care and service. Hotel was well maintained and designed. Clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

The amenities were great. Staff was helpful and polite.

Had my rooms for 5 nights; had to ask housekeeping to clean. The water pressure sucked. Upon check in, my rooms had been paid for a month in advance. I caaled and notified hotel we were in route. I didnt get the rooms I paid for. One member of staff told me that we would have to find a room elsewhere. I had 8 people with me. The next morning housekeeping screamed at guest checking out; cursing, screaming, berating the young man over a juice. The police were called. It was so unprofessional.

Power outage and checked out and changed hotel and they still tried to charge me for 2 day stay?!
-
Overbooked 27 rooms. We had nowhere to stay. Pure chaos. I will never use booking.com again
-
The room was good. We were upgraded because our original room wasn’t available. There was some trash under the bed/couch, but it was fine. 8/10

Facility was relatively new. When we pulled up the outdoor lounge was full of individuals smoking weed. Not a good start. We were shown to our room but were never given a key - we had to go back to front desk and hour later to pick up our key - very strange. Room was not clean - shower had a line of mold all the way around it where the wall met the floor. Unruly and unsupervised kids had overrun the swimming pool making it a very unpleasant place to be - unusable. No hot food at breakfast. We asked staff but they only responded that they were worried that they did not have any food to serve tomorrow. When we left the outdoor lounge was full of folks smoking weed. This facility is relatively new but will not look that way for long unless staff begins maintaining it. This not what we expect from a Marriott. I paid up for this room - extremely upset about my experience.

Place was not open on 7/5 and I still got charged!!!
-
i wish the tv was connected to the wifi and our sink had food in it when we arrived

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. During our stay, the hotel lost power before we were able to stay overnight, and we had to find another hotel at the last minute. While I understand that emergencies happen, what was most disappointing was the complete lack of communication afterward. I left my contact information with the front desk, emailed the General Manager multiple times, and contacted Marriott Customer Care, but received no response from the property. To make matters worse, my credit card was ultimately charged for dates beyond my original reservation, requiring me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I hope the hotel improves both its communication and billing practices so future guests don't have a similar experience.

We had no power from 7 till we left management left the hotel

Nothing

I checked in on Thursday 7/2, power went out the next day, and never returned on. I checked out on the 7/5, had no choice but to go to another hotel in between that time…No power, cold water, staff could not remedy the situation at all. How does a Marriott hotel not have a generator for when it rains and power goes out is beyond me.
