The bathroom was not cleaned, shower had dirt and hair on the ground. Rest of the room was clean. Staff was very nice and helpful about the matter.

Stay was comfortable. Service was EXCELLENT. Train track does run behind the property. Train noise could be an issue for some.

Clean room with very comfortable beds. Extremely noisy. Banging thud sounds all night and into the morning. We were on the third floor. Guessing it was coming from 4th floor. Breakfast was anemic too.

Breakfast good. Main complaint was room smelled really bad. Carpet dirty? Dirty mop to clean floor? Almost asked for difference room but wasn’t sure if maybe all rooms had dirty carpet? Very bad smell. Carpet dirty? Mop dirty that wiped tile down?

Breakfast was great. A big selection so that you could get what you wanted and in the amount you wanted. The cooked items stayed hot.

The woman taking care of everything in the breakfast area was terrific. Friendly, engaging and works very hard.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, the hotel was easy to find. The breakfast was good and the hours it was served were convenient. We got a good night's rest and an early start to our day in nearby Dearborn.

Your front desk staff was THE most friendly and helpful! We travel a lot and many times they just aren’t very energetic, but the young lady who helped us find dinner options was a great listener and gave us advice we could use. Then, upon checkout, the gentleman was amazing through all the chaos. We will be back!

Better than my previous Booking.com travels. Just exactly what I need from this location. There was no Target store in the area.
