The floor was not clean 😝 The bathroom door opens into/almost against the toilet!

Location of the site was convenient to everything you need to do in the Down River area with out the high prices of other accomadations.

The property is outdated, staff friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a budget place where to stay then you will be just fine.

I absolutely enjoyed my one night stay here, the guys on staff the night i checked in were fantastic, friendly and funny and provided me amazing customer service and an easy check in process. Room and property were well maintained. Lots of stores and food spots nearby without having to travel far out. Definitely will stay here again if i’m ever back in that part of Michigan!

Uncomfortable beds, dirty property. I have no idea why is rated high. Do not stay here.

This is always my go to hotel. The building may be owner, but they take care to maintain it. The staff is always helpful and very friendly.

For the price you cannot beat this place. Comfy bed. Clean room. Snack selection is bigger than most gas stations.

Nothing Dangerous people, drug deals in parking lot, no maid service, no coffee, no breakfast

We had an issue with younger children in the room next to us making a lot of noise. We were hoping by 10pm the parents would have made them be quiet. By 11pm nothing had changed. I went to lobby and Shawn came up to our room and understood the problem and gave us a different room that was very nice and away from the noise. Shawn was extremely apologetic and professional. That was a great feeling to know that the staff understood our issue. I would stay again at this Motel, but will always make sure I am not put in a room next to children.

A/C even on low so loud my wife and I could not sleep. Will not stay there again.
