Clean ,friendly, parking was great. Just wish Breakfast was open until 10. We missed breakfast and we had to pay for it so it was a waste if money
-
Decent place and convenient location to all major things in Dearborn/Detroit area.

You get what you pay for. I didn’t expect five star for the price, and there were some things that were a little sketchy. The minute you step into the hotel there is an odor of marijuana. The light in the hallway outside of our room was blinking, and the air conditioner barely worked. When we came back to our room at about midnight, there were kids in swimsuits running around the hallways and a group of people, some inside the room and some in the hallway, arguing loudly about five rooms down from us. That being said, it was clean and comfortable. Good if you’re on a budget, spend more if you can.

Came here just to have somewhere to rest right before a concert. Was only in town 9hrs so we didn’t get to use the amenities. Staff was very friendly. Check in and check out was very easy. Room was clean and so was the property from what we saw. Would definitely stay again.

Room had no heat, employees were of no assistance. I was told to deal with it because it was July. Room had air blowing. I’m anemic and I was completely uncomfortable
-
Clean room, attentive staff.

My kids raved about this pink hotel! We got here late and had to leave early, but would have been a really cool hotel to explore as there were more hallways than normal and a unique layout. The hotel itself was very simple and about what i expected for a cheaper hotel stay. location was perfectly on our way and a good distance from the ball park to be out of the chaos.

I travel to the Detroit area on business multiple times a year. I don't know how I never had this place come up on my list before. It will definitely be a "go-to" for me in the future. BIG place. Really much larger than most Best Westerns. A few miles out -- but close enough to downtown to be reasonable for daily attendance at conventions and the like. My single queen room was large enough. It was clean, the bed was new enough, the door had a modern lock, the bathroom was large enough. No complaints at all. More amenities than 95% of Best Westerns -- if I had a longer stay in mind this would be an excellent location. It has an indoor pool and hot tub, a guest laundry, the building wraps around an outdoor courtyard with a gazebo and garden. And the breakfast was also better than I find at most Best Westerns. I had fresh scrambled eggs, hash browns and biscuits w/ gravy. There was also a choice of cereals, yogurt and a variety of fresh fruit, and a choice of breads (and toasters). I compare to other Best Westerns as a point of comparison because, well, I have stayed at many Best Westerns and it is a Best Western. But my experience at this hotel compares favorably not only with other Best Westerns but also with Holiday Inn Expresses or Marriott Courtyards.
