Hotel was nice and clean, staff was super friendly…. Room was spacious, very clean, and the shower was perfect!!! Girls really enjoyed the pool. Will stay here again for sure.

The calk in the shower was a bit moldy and the AC was also kinda moldy smelling. One day they said there was no water and they didn't get it fixed until 11pm and had no answer or help aside from saying I could check out without paying a fee.

Room had Gnats, toilet did not work properly. Night staff unreachable.

Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable . Staff was very pleasant and helpful during check in.

Property was very clean (and I tend to be picky). The room was excellent. The bathroom was rather small for us. I am 5’2” 125 lbs. and hard to turn around. However, if you just need a very clean, good nights rest this is an EXCELLENT value.

The breakfast buffet cost $5 at check in at the hotel and was excellent in the variety of hot and cold foods, juices, fresh fruits, bread and baked goods, etc.

The hotel was something different for us! It is an older building and it shows but it was clean and a very convenient place to stay for what we were doing in that area. Hot tub wasn’t working when we got there but pool area was nice and the decorations in the hotel were kinda cool to look at!

This property ended up saving my trip at Detroit from a disastrous landing at the horribly misleading “Imperial Suites” around the corner from them. The staff were friendly and professional. No hassle. It was clean.

Hot Tub was broken. Bar food was great. Better than expected. Looks dated, but really good quality food.

We stayed a few weeks and everything was very nice.. nothing negative about this place.. Beds comfortable.. water pressure nice for showers.. staff very friendly and attentive.. very well kept hotel and pool area cleaned daily . Restraunt food very good.. will definitely be back..

It is an older hotel but nicely refurbished. Breakfast is $5.00 per person, but the rates for the hotel room are reasonable.

Pool is great, but rooms could use a refresh. Popcorn ceilings are not great. Looks dirty

There was mold under tube drain, and a (fur monster living in the vents) lent or something in blowing ing vent.

After having a terrible experience at the comfort inn the Best Western had a friendly staff and a decent room.
