Red Roof Inn Detroit - Dearborn/Greenfield Village

After a long day it was the perfect hotel to lay down and relax in. Quiet, comfortable beds red roof never disappoints!!

I have no idea why I didn't walk out upon entering this room. It was NOTHING like it was portrayed online. Makes no sense for a room to look that way. From the mold on the wall to the dead bugs under the baby fridge. I had to go ASK for toilet paper. There wasnt even the plastic spool that you put it on. I hope I never even drive by that place again.

I liked that it was close to the event I was attending. The bed was broken. The air conditioning unit smelled like wet dog and the filter was completely disgusted. The floor was sticky and the shower did not drain fast enough so water filled up in the shower. This is probably the most disgusting hotel room I have ever stayed at and I would not recommend

I give this score because the room is very dirty, the AC it doesn't work, the sheets not clean at all it has something marked on it this is not the first time the last time before this visit i found bed bugs and i told the reception so please for next time before the costumer in the room make sure it is clean. Nothing Cock roaches in my room

The room was horrible. The dresser needs to be thrown out it’s old and out dated . The tub was black. It need a whole makeover.

Nothing, I don't recommend it, it has very strong smells, they are not aware of the cleanliness of the place It's not a hotel for normal people

Could hardly have been a worse stay. There was MOLD - lots of it - in the shower; the floors were dirty; shower head broken so you had to hold it in order to take a shower; both sink and tub soap dispensers were empty; no stopper in sink drain; ceiling light was broken and also missing its glass cover; table lamp was broken; all 3 dresser drawers were broken - the front literally came off in my hand; refrigerator was dirty. We were told that if we needed anything we would need to let them know before noon because we couldn't get anything after that time. There was no customer service - the woman at the front desk when we checked out could not have cared less about our stay and no apology was even offered. The air conditioner and tv did work so that was the only "bright side." The photos on Hotels.com are very misleading - might have looked like this 20 years ago. Very disappointed.

Room was missing some drawers, AC was so dirty and dusty, there was no soap or shampoo. Bathroom door handle was so messed up.

Before this happened I was ok with the establishment but this experience wasn’t good . I shared I would prefer to have a refund for the inconvenience I had to endure

Front desk night shift had bad attitude. No microwave, no fridge and every metal surface was rusted.

I was suppose to stay 4/30-5/3 2026. I arrived early. I went to see if I could check in early and was told yes. I get the key and go to the room. I pull the sheets back. The sheets are disgusting, yellow spots and hair on the sheets. Carpet nasty. Chair nasty. Bathroom disgusting. No toilet paper or soap. The dresser was missing drawers. There was no phone, microwave or fridge. I went to the front to complain and was told I would have to upgrade the room to get a phone, fridge and microwave. I thought all rooms came with all three. Anyway to make a long story short....I was shown 3 more rooms. They all sucked. One had a bug crawling on the covers. I ended up leaving and coming back to get my stuff. I didn't feel safe. People were hanging outside my door.
