Overall good, could keep a little bit more clean

Both beds was detached from the wall when I walked in. the pool room had no towels I gad to go to the front desk to get some. The room phone didn’t work.

This hotel needs a lot of updates, but the staff is very nice. Room is not too bad but still need updates.

Furniture in rooms are old and outdated. Mattress old and saggy. Comforter has holes in it. Carpet throughout location extremely dirty and stained.

Terrible breakfast. Pool was being cleaned when it was supposed to be open. Overall disappointed. Give this one a miss!

Front desk staff was rude. We went down to breakfast 2 days in a row nothing was made, I went to the front desk & ask was anyone making food she replied “well what are you trying to get” like I swore it says complimentary breakfast. Also housekeeping had a key to my room & busted in asking when did I check in like they don’t have that information already downstairs. The pool was FILTHY! I will never book here again

Cleanliness, odd smell, pool looked weird and was cold.

Easy check in The carpet was dirty the tub was badly stained and I saw a bug that looked just like a bedbug so my family and I checked instead of staying the remainder of the night. The man at the front counter offered us a new room but because we left at 10pm he said he couldn’t give us anything off the room. We barely was in the room because my kids wanted to swim badly so once I finally got them settled down I noticed the bug. I was upset but I didn’t even force the issue.

To put in perspectives the whole hotel is dirty , outdated , falling apart. Elevator need major TLC , room had no AC and smelled bad , the entire hotel smelled like smoke, you get a headache standing in the hallway! I did NOT stay the night and had to find another hotel to stay in at 11:00 pm , the only reason I booked there was because it was close to an emergency I had. I should have done my research prior to booking. Do NOT spend a penny there. Not worth even a FREE night either. Pass.

The pool and breakfast..the beds was very comfortable as well Carpet had a old mildewish smell i guess from the pool and the room only came with 2 towels in a room with double beds.

Pool was milky coloured. Thankfully our room was pretty decent and clean, our friends room had a very damp musk smell to it and questionable white stains/marks on the head board of their beds

I just want to say I loved this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone that is going to Dearborn or Detroit , it was one of the cleanest hotel me and my family have every been to and we are looking for to coming back again.

Property was adequate. Staff was polite.

The rooms were not clean. There's a strong smell through out the whole hotel. Doesn't have options for beeakfast, only coffee toast and jelly. It was really not expected. Would not come here again nor recommend to anyone.

The hotel is in real need of a renovation. It has not been very well maintained. The pool water looked like milk. Our bathroom door didn't close, nor was there a cover on the light in the shower. When we checked in, we only had one towel in the bathroom with no other washcloths. When we asked for more towels, they gave us a hard time about it.

The front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful in choosing where to eat.

the pool area was nice for my son water is freezing cold and can be cleaned as well How the front desk receptionist (Tom) handled communication he didn't greet me when I came in, he was talking to an employee the whole time during my check in I had to keep asking questions because he didn't provide them
