We had plenty of room and we were able to cook our own family dinner. N/A

For almost 300 a night I don’t think it’s worth it to have to swim with all that mold over your head in the swimming pool area. Something has got to be done about that hazard. I stayed somewhere closer for $100 cheaper and the pool area didn’t have any mold spores all on the roof. It was very unsanitary

I am local but had to book a room due to my power being out on the hottest day of the year so far. I needed a pet-friendly hotel. My dog is afraid of tile floors and trying to get him to our room was impossible. He's over 60 pounds and I couldn't carry him over the tiles along with my luggage. Our front desk greeter graciously offered to carry my scared pup to our room, and was successful in doing so. He deposited my scared pup to the door, brushed off the abundance of dog hair that covered his shirt, gave us a great smile and went back to his duties unfazed by the spectacle of me trying to drag my poor, scared dog across the floor. Very happy with Staybridge Suites and all of the staff! The courtyard is beautiful, the common area/lounge is spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfasts and dinners are amazing. 10+ stars 🌟 Very pleasant stay.

The sofa bed had blood on it !! And i should have been compensated more for that

The staff were all friendly and polite. There were stains on the carpet and mattress. A grease spot was on the headboard. The previous person was smoking in the bedroom, and there was a bag covering the smoke detector. Also the pool area needed more ventilation and the ceiling was covered in mold.

Room smelled like urine in the living room. King sized bedroom had it's own bathroom but no hooks to hang up anything. Otherwise it was a nice place

Hotel room lacked decent cleaning. However, staff responded very well to issues. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Once again, staff were excellent when pool area needed towels. Evening snack time and morning breakfast were just average.

Kitchen was nice, although lacked some eating utensils. Breakfast was above average and had something for all.

Hotel is what we were hoping for except that we had to change rooms as our first room was on the South side of hotel overlooking a very noisy highway 24 and there was no hot water in the shower. We moved to other end of hotel (North) and much better. If and when we stay there again we will ask to be on the North end. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Noise from highway and cold water in shower. Once we moved both items were not a problem.

Love the hotel

This was a clean and safe place to stay with well lit parking. The breakfast was decent, well stocked, with an attendant who was very accommodating. All the staff were friendly. There was a lingering smell of smoke in the hallways during my stay, but other than that I had no other complaints. I would recommend Staybridge Suites as a nice option if you’re in the area.

The room could have been cleaner. There was a lot of dust and leftover items on top of the refrigerator. Some of the dishes had dried food particles and under the bed was a sock

Everything Nothing

Breakfast was great, room was clean and perfect for our needs. Overall hotel was clean. Workout room was stocked well enough for a decent workout. The pool and hot tub were FRIDGID! For a no smoking facility there was A LOT of Marijuana smell throughout the facility. No fault of the hotel but the people above us sounded like a heard of elephants.

The appearance was nice lobby was clean staff were nice and the breakfast was good I originally booked a 2 bedroom suite the day of my stay I received a phone call 2 hours before check in saying the room was unexpectedly unavailable because a pipe bursted and I had 3 options to choose from one which was get 2 rooms In place of the one so I did that one of the rooms stayed cold all night the thermostat wouldn’t go any higher while the other room was nice and cozy and when I arrived the hallways smelled like marijuana
