Great place to stay

It had a little AC issue in our floor aisle, that was too hot

Breakfast menu was okay except for the instant eggs. My only complaint was an important one. We reserved a handicap accessible room due to my severe knee injury. That queen room was put out of service due to a maintenance issue and we were upgraded to a king room with a walk-in shower. The room itself was very comfortable. BUT the toilet was not handicap-accessible height, and there were no safety bars for assistance in using the toilet. There was only one safety bar in the standard shower, no seating for a disabled person to use.

Beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious. AC was cold. No one at the front desk when we checked in, so had to wait. Our room had to be downgraded because they overbooked the queen suites. They did give us a lower price on the smaller room, but would’ve enjoyed the larger room much more. Carpet in the room was sticky in spots.

When I first arrive, they told me it was a problem with my reservation that Expedia had not paid them. It showed that I paid Expedia and Expedia had not paid them so she wanted me to call Expedia to get it corrected. How the heck am I supposed to do that? When we finally got in our room after having to park off sight at another parking lot that wasn’t lighted, nor was it under any kind of supervision we got into our room when I figure out how to add a picture I’ll show you the picture that speaks volumes. There was the usual dreaded pubic hair in one of the beds. There was a hole in the wall, where some of that slammed the door against it the headboard was all tore up on a scale of one to 10 for cleanliness. I’d give it about a 3 1/2 but then again I didn’t have a black light flashlight with me, I might have rated it even lower. The young lady working in the desk was nice. She directed me to the manager when she informed me that there was a problem with my reservation. The other issue with my reservation is they wouldn’t give me a printed receipt. They said I had to get that from Expedia. Obviously there’s a difference in who owes who what anyway wasn’t my best experience and I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Great stop and clean hotel. The only complaint was the pool smelled like body odor.

It is very good Anything!

The room was nice. Didn’t get the room I paid for because the hotel couldn’t find the reservation and Hotels.com wasn’t a ton of help.

the beautiful clean room and hotel and kind host(ess) and 24 hour coffee and the good breakfast (except the eggs). I like how courteous the host(ess) was. The eggs for breakfast were like rubber, There should be a list of restaurants in the area to eat, even late at night.
